Damp walls, smelly rooms

Very nice hotel ☺️ staff are very helpful, all sight seeing is near by, walking distance near bus stand

Very nice property , Royale name suit for this hotel, In small budget got 5 star rooms and service , enjoyed Big campus and on side parking, nice balcony room, staff was very helpful, al was good my stay was awesome in this hotel

The information given on website was misleading, map takes to wrong place where the hotel location is in the midst of slum area. Room wasn't clean, there were hair all over the room.

Budget hotel, centrally located, supportive staff Best food

Centrally located. Great for business travellers. Don't go in with a lot of expectations. You will get what you have paid for.

Except for Food every thing else was terrible Never book Taxis from Hotel as they are always looking for chance to extact extra money from customers

The hotel is terrible. Linen was dirty, got water in the bathroom tap after complaining for an hour, electricity was a very big issue, furniture in the room just very very basic, cleanliness a huge question mark, service staff would not even understand what was required - completely inexperienced & untrained. I would never ever again stay in this "Royale Heritage Hotel". I wonder how did they ever think of adding "Royale" to the name.
