Lovely overnight stay at Dakota, we will definitely stay here again when we next visit Leeds. Location and room both excellent

Excellent location for Shopping and Bars

Was jumping in shower noticed no shampoo/conditioner or body wash anywhere in room, called front desk, took almost 1/2 hour to bring it to room. Called for room service for breakfast while I packed and worked and was told they are not doing room service because restaurant was busy with pre-paid breakfast guests. Asked for a late checkout 45 mins to 1hr max.. said fine but would charge me for it.

Stayed at the Dakota in Leeds on many occasions, it would always be our first choice. Our room was immaculate, quiet, couldn't fault it. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, biscuits and other snacks were left in the room with a handwritten card which we thought was a lovely gesture. The breakfast, we opted for the full English was delicious and the eggs Benedict on our second morning were spot on! The staff are always friendly. We can't wait to come back!

Unbelievable hotel and lovely room. Only thing missing is a fridge but that doesn’t make any difference. This is a standout hotel

Obviously 5 star, if you like city feel and can afford then it's a fantabulous (fantastic and fabulous) hotel.

I liked the central position of the hotel. It was well maintained and very welcoming. Breakfast was fabulous. The rooms were beautiful.

Breakfast needs improving , prepare fruit to add to the granola would be a great addition

Exceptional staff, can’t fault them. Bar/drinks a little steep but you are in a City Centre. Great sleep, good sized rooms.

Wifi at both locations where I stayed ( Manchester and Leeds) was terrible. They didn't fix it but at least in Manchester they offered a discount on food.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dakota. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and cosy. We will definitely be visiting again.

Great hotel all round

Second time I've stayed here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Great staff. Stunning hotel. Smells incredible. Rooms are lovely and everything you need is catered for. Central location for shopping, theatre and restaurants. Room service tip top. Can't fault it!! Two nights in a junior suite. Feels like I've had a proper break. Thanks guys we will be back.
