Easy to find. Full breakfast.

Your staff should clean the rooms better. Using a black light we could see urine stains and whatever other bodily fluids are over the walls and carpeting. Im sorry to say, but it was pretty disgusting,

The only reason i gave it 4 stars is because the biscuits and sausage gravy were not hot.

Double charged me

We had a pretty good stay at Best Western Plus, except for dirty sheets in the room. The front desk gave us new sheets.

Everything was great! Good bed, super clean, and extra nice people.

A higher end hotel with quaint decor conveniently located next to a truck stop within walking distance. A perfect midway stop for when you have a long journey ahead.

My family and I stayed three nights here. Our room was clean on arrival. The staff was very nice despite there being an issue with a main water leak that caused the water to be shut off. This was beyond their control. The shower had plenty of hot water when it was turned back on and the water pressure was perfect. The pool was small, but wasn't too busy, so we felt comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Location was convenient.

Such a great stay! The stag was helpful and kind! Shay was awesome! We will stay again! Close to everything and a great place if you have a fur baby! The beds are comfortable, breakfast is amazing and very clean!

Easy access, gas and food close by. Very nice and helpful staff. Shea was the Manager on duty when we stayed, and she was excellent! Comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast with many hot options.

People were great Clean and comfortable rooms. There were dogs barking in the rooms which was a little annoying but didn’t last long.

We stayed for one night and found the room to be very clean and comfortable. We arrived late in the evening and the front desk was very accommodating, and friendly and helpful. There is an indoor pool and we got to swim in it before we checked out the next day. We would love to book a stay here again.

Vehicle broke down outside of Nashville was not able to make the trip I realize and understand the cancelation policy but unforeseen circumstances Happen and having to spend $135 on a room you don’t use on top of car repairs sucks, the hotel could have at least offered to change to a different day so I don’t loose entirely

We love staying here when visiting family in Alabama! the pool is nice, the ramada and gas grill in the back is enjoyable, and the breakfast is delicious! Staff is very accommodating. I recommend this Hotel for a nice stay while in the area.
