The staff service is very friendly, they provide plenty of drinking water, it is clean, polite, and fragrant. This will be your next hotel destination if you go to Medina, thanks Maden.

A pleasant experience, and the location is also very strategic. This is one of my dream hotels. It just takes a while to check in.

Recommend hotel. The room is spacious, the cashier is quite big, clean, the staff is friendly... only the breakfast menu is the same every day 🥲.

(1) the check in process is very long for almost 1 hour. (2) ask for connecting rooms and 1 floor not given. (3) the voucher is not valid for reasons not yet paid and we have to pay first. (4) from the beginning of entry until now, tv & wifi & telephone rooms cannot be used. (5) there have been 3 complaints but not responded.
