The check-in process is not smooth. I was told to call when we arrived to the apartment and when I did it was 20 minutes until someone was available to meet us at the apartment to check use in. A long 20 minutes after a long day of travel. The apartment location was fantastic, centrally located to all attractions. The size was good. The bathroom shower had mold as did the shower curtain which gave me an overall sense of uncleanliness throughout the apartment. The apartment does not have central air and on the warm nights it was quite hot since we were unable to open windows due to bugs. Overall, I was disappointed with this property. We are seasoned travelers and for the per night cost this place was not worth the price in my opinion when compared to other properties we have stayed at in this price range

My family and I stayed at D&S - Ribeira Premium Apartments for 3 nights in July. The location was perfect as was the apartment. The actual management company's location is about a half mile away, near the train station, but check in and check out were very easy. In addition, the management company allowed us to leave our luggage for half a day after we checked out which allowed us to explore the city while waiting to head to the airport. I hope to visit Porto again and will definitely stay here again if I do.

Минусы: Нонстоп ездит транспорт по голове, диван без 1 ламели, кровать 140х200, под простынь постелили наматрасник из полиэтилена, тумбочка с лампой, но лампа не включается, т. к. не розетки рядом, wifi тормозной и ловит не везде в аппартаментах, убрано плохо.

Well located apartment with a lift. Not a lot of space but this is often the case in Europe.

The apartment is located in a perfect spot in town. The view out of the room is incredible. Walking distance to everything and extremely friendly and helpful host. They call to know your flight times and arrive on time. Excellent service and the apartment is comfortable. The walls aren't very thick and there is some construction that was going on in the mornings, but I was up early for a business trip so it didn't make a difference for me.

Excellent location Small rooms but perfectly adequate for short stay. Nice view. Fridge never got cold, hairdryer never got hot, TV picked up channel ID from sat box but didn’t display a picture. Needs better quality control to ensure that things are working before flat is let.

Loved the apartment. Great size and in a fabulous location. Beautiful views out the many huge windows. Nice kitchen. Everything was great. Only wish they had toiletries. This must not be a normal Portuguese thing though since none of the hotels offer them

The apartment is in a perfect location. The most of attractions are in the walking distance. The flat is well equipped and very clean.

50m to a bus station and a taxi station. many restaurants. but only a small shop to purchase something to eat, nearby. The door key needs to turn counter clockwise, strongly. walkable to the most classic view points in the town, from 20m to 1.5km maximum. very good kitchen and tableware. nice welcome portwine. no soap for shower. A good place to stay if you like to walk along the river or the bridge and back to, in a few minutes, but far from Sao Bent station, the center of the town.

Nice apartment well equipt. In a great location for exploring Porto.

We were hoping the manager would return as promised to give up pillow cases and sheets for the other bed. Needs grab bar in shower. No place to put suitcases. No teaspoons. Excellent location. Lovely apartment.

This is a one bedroom apartment one block up from the river where there are tons of restaurants and a wonderful view. There is also a futon for extra bedding, full modern kitchen, good sized bathroom & a washing machine which we definitely needed after 2 weeks of travel. Location is excellent with a taxi stop right around the corner. Wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We were waiting to get into the apartment for about an hour, despite passing on our arrival time. The person with the keys did not wait, but rather drove by on his scooter without stopping - hence the long delay!! After our journey to Portugal this was not desirable. Pleasant enough apartment. Only the double bed was made up - unsure as to whether the futon can be slept on? Upshot - welcomed with Port. Very nice touch. Downside - no toiletries to use. Tiny amount of liquid soap. This would be an issue if you are coming from the airport with limited toiletries. Fantastic central location. Very close to all the action.

Good location with a bit of noise but nothing too hard to handle. Was meant for only 2 but our oldest son joined us. Needs a few more utensils, pan, but close to everything. Was happy with our stay.

Excellent location. Walking distance to Csis da Ribeira, a must see in Porto. The apartment is overlooking the Sao Francisco church and Palacio da Bolsa. The Sao Bento train station is at the end of the street. It has a washing machine too. Although there was no front desk, Diogo emailed us ahead to check on our time of arrival. Diogo was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

The apartment is roomy, clean, modernized, has amazing views, is in a lovely historical building and close to Ribeira. Host was very accommodating and charming,. Would definitely stay here again.

This well fitted out and modern clean apartment is well situated to see as much of Porta that you want to. We spent three nights there in early April, boy was it hot. The apartment itself is well fitted out with everything you may require, even a washing machine. You could live there no problem. Good shower, big bathroom, great views out of the windows and there's even a lift to ease your legs after marching up and down the hills of Porto Couple of things to remember. Contact your hosts before you get there to make sure they are there to show you around on your arrival. Found a number of the bars and restaurants only to happy to short change/over charge you, like most big cities I suppose. Also remember if your eating out if you didn't ask for it and it ends on your table you'll be expected to pay for it!
