We booked 4 apartments and had a problem with window malfunction and especially when its winter it was a big issue. As for check-in, they didn't really make us notice that it was a different building, and as it was midnight and in cold winter, we had to wait about almost 1,5hrs to finally able to reach someone from the property. I must say that the ground staff is lacking of hospitality skill and lack of welcoming sense to us as guests, rudely rejecting my calls when having check in problem and said to us that its out of their working hours and cant pick up the calls. We wouldn't be calling if it wasn't urgent, imagine having 13 people of seniors and teenage in cold winter time having to wait for 1.5hrs. However, we finally got taken care of from a personnel in reservation team. It's actually quite a nice place to stay if it wasn't for all of these issue.
