Boutique hotel, attentive service and thoughtful amenities. Would definitely check out other Hoshino Kai properties in the future.

It feels peace and comfort

Very nice boutique hotel. Staff are friendly, eager to help and speak English well. Parking is attached and free. Hotel lobby, restaurant and common areas are very well designed, modern and tasteful with many nice details. Room is super comfortable and feels luxurious and spacious. Nice view to ocean and a sculptural park. Dining is very very good. Besides the great food, restaurant staff are amazing! The onsen is nice and clean. I’ll want to come back and recommend to my friends.

I was thinking this hotel should be five star level due to the higher cost compared to other hotels nearby. However, the room was very dark in way that cleaning staff easily overlooked the dirt. We went into a room and found many dust beside the beds and me and my wife got allergy and was not able to sleep well. Also, staff serving us was not friendly at all during the welcome drink time.

Our stay at this onsen resort was at the end of a 2 1/2 week visit that started with Tokyo and Kyoto. It was such a treat to be pampered by the staff and amenities at KAI Anjin and let the weariness and fatigue from the big city hustle and bustle melt away before heading home. As soon as you step into the room, the view through the lattice work out the window is nothing but blue sea! Everything you need is at hand: coffee/tea in your room and the library off the lobby, beer, ice green tea, apple cider vinegar drink and popsicles at the lounge after a soak in the onsen, multi-course dinner with fresh local seafood, liqueurs in the lobby after dinner and then breakfast. If there are still needs for snacks etc, there’s a Lawson right next door and a supermarket across the road.

櫃檯服務人員很用心、貼心，會幫忙從飯店入口就搬行李到進房間解說、離開飯店時也會幫忙；另外也都可用英文來溝通。房間佈置蠻舒適、溫控也很合適，可惜馬桶蓋下有黃漬沒清洗乾淨，這點如果被別人看到應該是大扣分。晚餐、中餐份量都很適中，也都能吃到主廚精心製作的當地特產料理，餐廳內也都各自是獨立區隔的小包廂。地點附近有間超商、一間Lawson，走路可到松江遊步道，也可走到伊東車站。從房間落地窗就能看到海岸，地點非常不錯

The location is convenient. Within 15 mins, you can get to the nearby JR station. The onsen was good and the overall experience was very relaxing. The dinning experience was good with local cousin and fresh ingredients.

海景很美，可以去樓上喝啤酒看海，晚餐挺精緻的就是上菜速度過快，早餐很日式，只是如果有西式的選擇會更好，房間唯一美中不足的地方是有櫃子的味道，可能在海邊比較潮濕，但飯店人員都很親切態度很好，讓人很滿意。

面對海港很美。旁邊就有超市很方便。但停車場入口在後方巷子內，不好找。有戶外湯可泡！

全海景，早晚餐美味，職員服務佳。搬行李由停車場往返酒店要經有梯級的小木橋，較吃力。

說實話酒店質素ok，但如果是星野集團，那麼就有點物不所值。還有門口那些那條小橋的樓梯級就是一個作弄拿行李入住的客人。
