The bathroom wasn’t in good repair. We got stuck inside when the handle fell off and there was a leak from the floor above and black mold in the shower.

The rooms were clean, modern and beds were very comfortable. All of the staff were so nice and accommodating - especially the staff at the pool bar and room service. The location was central and easy for tour transfers and Ubers to access. Great value for the price!

Great location, English speaking staff, beautiful decor, balcony view frim 11th floor simply breathtaking! Breakfast Buffet had a large selection, Pool, Bar and Restaurant all 5 starts. Security presence 24/7 felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Walkable area with ocean views. Would definitely recommend

From arrival, Carla at the front desk was amazing. And clearly an assist to your hospitality team. Her enthusiasm to make my stay enjoyable was the effort of all staff members I met.

That’s my second time on this hotel and I love it. The location, the breakfast, the staff, everything was wonderful. I will probably come back in December.

Location Location Location!

2 cockroaches were in the Pão de queijo plate by 8am. also saw that the food remains in the common area for the entire night. Other than that, the stay was nice.

Everything about it was superb from the staff (especially Evelyn) to the food.

What an accommodating and friendly staff. Amazing and wonderful. The only downside was that their restaurant options don't compare well with other venues. The breakfast buffet was rather small (but of good quality and the staff worked hard), and the size of the dining area means that the buffet dining options are split into two shifts whihc reduces flexibility.

Superior services and great location. It is very safe and great location for beach. The beach here is exceptional. I compare to cayman island and Cancun and to many exceptional resorts I have stayed at. Rainanny and Evelyn give exceptional and very professional to make your stay the best. Please refer and ask for them. They will definitely make your stay the best !!!

Exceptional service from Raianny and Evelyn. These 2 made are experience exceptional giving us amazing services and very professional. I am one who travels and will be staying here in the future and look forward to it. The breakfast, room services, views of the beach from the balcony are exceptional. It is a very safe area and beach is groomed daily and very clean. The sand is super fluffy white and beautiful. I will compare to cayman island. The chairs and umbrellas across the street are free if you purchase 1 drink. The coconut water and drinks are very good and very cold. I love this place !!!
