Cuando llegamos a la propiedad para hacer check in tome el teléfono para que abrieran la puerta y no me abrían. Hice check in y al llegar al cuarto estaba muy feo y olía mal. Salimos cuando llegamos y al llegar de vuelta al hotel no había estacionamiento y las personas de recepción me dijeron que buscará estacionamiento donde pudiera y que según el guardia cuidaría. No había guardia y dijeron que no se hacían responsables ni del carro , ni de lo que estaba adentro. Me estacione en un centro comercial a un lado porque no hicieron nada por ayudar. Ya en el cuarto no había control remoto para la television el teléfono estaba quebrado y seguía oliendo mal el cuarto, no cambiaron las toallas. Y al final al irnos un carro estaba atravesado atrás de mi carro, lo que me dijeron que no podia hacer yo, alguien si lo hizo y el guardia, nada. De recepción ese dia me dijeron que harían un reporte por todos lo inconvenientes y que buscarían al dueño del carro para que lo movieran en fin la chica de la mañana se porto bien. Fue una mala experiencia y el hotel la verdad cada vez mas fuera de nivel.

Limited parking for the size of the hotel. We struggled to find parking and had to park at a non parking spot over a curb. Sheets and towels were stained. Bed had lots of hair, almost as the sheets were not changed. Pillowcases with make up stains.

Had a hard time parking. Limited spaces for the size of the hotel. Room was filthy. Stained sheets, pillowcases and towels. Towels warn out, brownish and ripped.

es primera vez que me ospedo en este hotel y definitivamente me bollería a ospedar todo muy limpio y el personal muy amables

A los cuartos les falta limpieza, a veces los pisos no están muy limpios, algunas ventanas no tienen las persianas, ni hay suficiente papel de baño, y no todos los cuartos tienen smarth tv., el estacionamiento es pequeño cuando tienen muchas habitaciones con huespedes!.

Lo unico q no nos gustó fue el parking

The a/c in the room was freaking loud, every time the compressor would come on it would wake me up, mold in the bathroom near the sink.

Buena ubicación cuartos limpios ocupan mantenimiento pero todo bien

This hotel is in desperate need of a good remodel and some attention. Location is great and staff is always willing to help out.

Very basic hotel but an excellent choice for the price. Close to a shopping center with good restaurants and fast food places.

They do not clean your room & get you fresh towels during your stay. They do not throw your trashes out during your stay. If you need clean towels & toilet paper, you have to get your dirty towels & go down to the front desk to request anything. They do not take it to your room. It has a little kitchen, with an electric stove, appliances but you have to bring your own pots, dish soap, everything. That was not explained to me when I got to the hotel & I doesn’t say on the fine print. I will never come here again & I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

La cercanía a zona de comidas era buena ubicación , pero el estacionamiento está muy reducido , el olor en el cuarto era como si no unieran limpiado en días como encerrado y el olor de las sábanas igual Y no sé si hay bichos o algo así pero Toda la noche tuve rasques , no fue una estancia muy agradable.

Todo perfecto

It was a nice place quiet clean, always parking the air-conditioning was great. It was close to a lot of shopping centers, which I loved 100% recommended.
