Clean room, helpful staff and although the restaurant was right below our room, very quiet.

Clean room, staff were very friendly and helpful, the only issue we had was the twin room we stayed in had a shower that had very little privacy. (Just glass between shower and beds). So unless you’re very close to the person you’re sharing the room with, then you might want to reconsider.

Such a fantastic place to stay! Beautiful, well-appointed room in a very convenient area. The room was very well sound-proofed and clearly had been very recently renovated. It was extremely comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and generous. The area was extremely convenient with Parc de la Villette and Parc des Buttes Charmont in walking distance and many tasty restaurants nearby. Thank you

We arrived early.. we were able to leave our luggages at the Front with no problem.. I really appreciate that.. Close to Metro 5 like 1 min walking distance

I loved my stay. The service was excellent and It’s right next to the metro. It’s a small room but in Paris people are mostly just using a hotel to sleep. Great value!!

The staff were always very helpful, the location was perfect for my needs and the rooms were so clean and fun deco. And having AC in summer was exceptional .

Great for a stay near Zenith music venue. Great area, lots of dining option for after the show.

Great hotel in a very good location for visiting the sights in Paris. 2 mins from a metro station, which is 5 stops and on the same line as Gare du Nord. Rooms were clean and tidy and beds comfy. Locally there is a park opposite the hotel and other bars and restaurants.

Great hotel next to the Metro with easy access to everywhere in the city. Quiet rooms, next to a large park area. We would be happy to return on our next visit to Paris.

Lovely quiet little hotel with excellent transport links, friendly staff and fantastic restaurant. The breakfast not great but theres a good crepe stand just around the corner that was delicious. The neighbourhood quite urban and didn't feel safe at night. Probably ok for someone visiting from another similar city but definitely not for others. The cleaning staff especially nice and friendly, beds comfortable and good showers. Great value.

The hotel was clean. The restaurant was lovely! Breakfast was included in the room rate. Good value. The hotel was steps from metro 5 and convenient train ride away from the sites. Watch out for pick pockets waiting at the ticket station.

Friendly helpful staff, but lack of extra pillows.

The reception welcomed me in my native language . The property is new. It is also clean except its sink. The restaurant is very good regarding dinner.

Really like the ambience

We arrived around 10 in the morning and our rooms were not ready of course. The hotel stowed our luggage while we did a pre planned highlights tour of the city. We arrived back a little after 3 and our rooms were ready. We were exhausted and were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the rooms were. We had a family quad room which was two connecting rooms each with its own bathroom. It was perfect for myself and my older parents. The rooms were quiet and the perfect home away from home for our stay. We had numerous dining options within walking distance of the hotel as well as a nice grocery store. We found a very nice bakery as well. The staff was very welcoming and knew me by name by the next day. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Paris.

Within 2-3 mins walk from Porte de Pantin metro stop (same line as Gare du Nord), and right opposite the Paris Conservatoire (and the Philharmonie concert hall). Room clean and spacious. Separate electric heater for towels very handy. No issue toilet on its own, and shower cubicle was semi open but extractor vent above the shower. Breakfast was fine. Attached to the steakhouse with some vintage touch - efficient service and nice steak. Overall, nice stay thanks.

Good hotel I will stay again but the restaurant could be better and the area not much clean

I stay often in Paris, and have had my share of poor stays in hotels that were supposed to be good. Often, those other hotels are very old and outdated, and the service is not nice or welcoming. This hotel was really the opposite ... the people working there were extremely helpful, welcoming, friendly, professional, and warm. The area is very convenient if you need to be around the Philharmonie, but is also easily accessible by metro if you need to be elsewhere in Paris. I felt safe in this area. The room service/food was good. I will definitely make sure that this is the hotel I always stay in when I'm Paris from now on! :)
