Staff is not friendly and building is falling apart a bit. But good location and good value for money

The staff are the absolute best here - would come back just because of how amazing they are!!!! Especially at the front desk!

The room was clean and well kept. Always friendly staff and very comfortable. Air condition works quickly and shower is nice and powerful.

Having a balcony was very nice even though the view wasn't the best.All met with my expectations.

Hotel was clean. Very close to hamra and city centre. Staff were willing to help and professional. Hotel itself was located on a quiet street with easy walking access to shopping and restaurants. One downfall we went 4 nights here and breakfast was pretty much the same all morning. Maybe a bit of a switch once or twice a week. That aside it was a good choice.

My room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel and all the staff were very polite. If I was going to be really harsh I would say the breakfast could be better but otherwise, happy to recommend

Excellent hotel. The only part I recommend to change is the 3 in 1 coffee provided in the room. I like black coffee with coffee mate only, no sugar.

Good location, between Hamra and the Rocks. Hotel has all you need for a pleasant stay, rooms are comfortable spacious and with the facilities like balcony, safe etc. Breakfast is really nice and diverse. I really enjoyed my stayvin this hotel.

We've stayed 3 nights and can't imagine better value for money! Great location, all staff was friendly and professional, we could even leave our luggage for a week. Anytime I'll be back in Beirut, I'll be happy to stay at Grand Concerto again!

Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Exercise room could have more equipment.
