Toilet smells really bad (have to close the bathroom door to stop the smell come outside). Also water doesn’t go through bathtub.

コーヒーなども部屋にあり素晴らしかったです。そしてお風呂場は特に清潔でした。

Value for money

The room is not so big, but it should be considered as a spacious room in Japan. It is clean and the location is good. A big shopping mall, AEON, is within few minutes walk. The hotel is offering parking and spa onsite free. Everything is good except the toilet is too high from the floor in the bedroom floor. For aged or kids, it's maybe not friendly.

Reasonable price, very clean. Great stay!

Unfortunately, in Japan they still allow smoking in hotels. My room smelled like an ashtray even though I asked for a non smoking room. They gave me another room, that was slightly better than the first one, but it still had some smell of smoke. Breakfast was had few options. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and the staff was nice.

Lobby is a bit old, rooms are fine and clean. Staff is nice and can communicate in English

Everything I needed for a comfortable stay to visit the Suzuka Circuit. Large shopping mall a few minutes walk away is good for a meal etc. and a handy combi shop right is next door. Excellent helpful English speaking staff.

泊車方便, 後面就有7-11, 對面還有AEON MALL

雖然不是在大路邊，附近有超商，也算方便

安くて家族連れで泊まるには最適。大浴場に期待してはいけない。幼児と添い寝する為にベッド（トリプル）をあらかじめ全て寄せてくれていたのは素晴らしい気遣い。

客室は清潔でスタッフの対応も良かったです

酒店位置及客房設備都非常齊全及方便，會再到訪！

浴室はカビがあってちょっと残念だったけど、部屋は良かったです

部屋はきれいでした。 スタッフさんも親切でした。

張床夠寬，空間夠大，而且很整潔。職員有禮貌，而且還有溫泉非常好。就是床褥比較軟，睡起來不太舒適。

部屋が広かった

部屋の便座が冷たくて辛かった。アパホテルに信頼があったので相当がっかりでした。

部屋も綺麗でスタッフの方も親切でした！
