The public areas needs improvement, carpet in the hallways are tom, it’s time to put new carpet, and the lighting in the hall way is too dim, feels a little unpleasant, the shower unit is so old, it looks molded, other than that the bed is firm and comfy for us

Front desk was rude, bathroom was dirty, air conditioner was not working…

The staffs are friendly and helpful.

It's nice to stay and clean

首先 房間沒有圖片看起來這麼大然後冷氣也不冷 衛生間沒有窗和抽氣扇 長期潮濕 然後 房間清潔的服務也很糟糕 水和衛生紙沒有補充 只幫忙丟了垃圾和整理床鋪 打客服打了幾次也沒有人聽 最後 樓下櫃檯長期沒有人 晚上陌生人可以隨時近來上樓 真的很糟糕 拜託大家不要住 這個價錢能找到更好的酒店

3 of us stayed for one night. The hotel only left 1/4 of the toilet paper in the bathroom and no extra roll was found. I do not understand the logic of this. Part of the plastic pieces of the shower head fell while my niece was taking a shower and hit her head. Obviously the facility is not well maintained. No staff at the front desk for assistance during our stay. The rate was doubled on weekend which is completely overcharged. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

The shower head holder can’t be adjusted so water is out horizontally. The window is facing a wall which is almost same as no window.

Good and clean hotel, modern style. Good location in town. On site parking garage. Friendly staff. Breakfast had variety but food that looked great was tasteless. Needs more flavor. Bed was hard but typical in Asia. Overall a good place.

Concierge upgraded our room to a slightly bigger one upon seeing our 3 large luggages when checking in; she even showed us our original room as a comparison. The breakfast provided was mediocre, nothing to rave about, we rather head out to source local breakfast. Hotel seems to be located on a rather quiet street, though there seems to be quite a few eateries, most weren't open when we visited. There's a 24hr eatery at the end of the street for late night supper. There isn't any laundry facilities on site even though it's listed, we were adviced to walk to a laundromat nearby (took us a while to find it).

spacious room, nice and tidy, a bit far from the Fengjia night market. Take taxi about TWD 200.

隔音普通，房外的開關門聲音不在意的話還算划算

停車場只有1.7米 多數SUV無法停車 附近停車位置也不多 但房間寬敞 衛浴也不錯 水壓也夠

安靜的區域，附近有好幾家早餐店可以選。

地點便利，早餐豐富。

整體清潔程度還待加強, 浴室小地方看起來有點不夠乾淨, 電梯也是, 但整體感覺還行, 有改善的空間

很好！性價比高

旅館內有一股不好的味道 房間也不夠清潔 寢具也是 老舊的旅館CP值太差 不會再住第二次

房間給予升等，很不錯，但有一天沒打掃房間，覺得有點掃興。

男性員工服務態度愛理不理，有待加強 清潔人員一次佔用兩台電梯，客人無法使用，有待教育
