Windows are not clean. Looks like window frames had never been cleaned. No interiors at all. Feel like eating in the garage.

It's a condo (Koreans call sharing units as condo) rather than a hotel. Youngsters come a lot and very noisy at night. If you will have a party at night, you will love this place but if you are visiting with your family and want a rest, find out another one.

I did not like the property. So many mosquito inside the room and the air conditioner did not work. So i could not get a good sleep

Too noisy and the bed is so uncomfortable.

The hotel is run down, but the rooms were very clean. We had a cooktop and small refrigerator, but no microwave. There were 3 microwaves in the lobby that could be used. The overall value wasn’t worth the high rates we paid. The sand beach was nice — I just wish there was less garbage on the beach.

바다에서 가깝다는 면은 큰 메리트 그러나 객실은 낡았고. 정말 침대와 식탁 말고는 아무런 가구도. 즉. 콘도에 기대하는 작은 테이블이나 소파나 아무것도 없음 옷장이나 화장대. 작은 의자 그 어느 것도 없고 오로지 주방과 침대뿐 커튼은 말도 못하게 낡음 ㅠ 에어컨도 약함

시설이 전반적으로 노후화 되어 있어 냄새가 나고 야외 주차장은 좁아 도로변에 주차했음 객실 안은 방바닥에 모래가 완벽히 제거되지 않아 거슬림 바다가 가까운 것이 장점이긴 하나 이 방 예약하고 아이들하고 집사람한테 엄청 갈굼당했음 ㅠ 다시 방문하고 싶지 않음

This is an rundown dirty musty cheap beach hotel. That said, you are paying for quick beach access and an ocean view, just like all the other 3 star resorts on the east coast of Korea. The BBQ was great, but the town is dead and pretty far from the main attraction of Sareak National Park. I just think at $168 a night it is overpriced for a hotel of this quality and inconvenience.

Because it was off-season, not many rooms were available. However the ocean side room was perfect to watch sun rising. The sandy beach in front of the hotel must be recognized and appreciated. one separate bed room with queen size bed was good. More people could sleep on the floor with provided folding mattress and blankets. The balcony from the room to see the ocean was the perfect additional benefit to have. The hall way to the room was a little dark and was not covered by carpet. However, to me that was fine and understandable because it was for easy cleaning of the floor full of sand carried by the people from the sandy beach. The compliment breakfast was more than expected. I appreciate the many choices. Because the hotel is hotel-condo, so they don't clean the room everyday. You can use the cooking utilities in the room to cook. If you are Korean and at least Asian, you can find how to use the rice cooker. The location was a little far from cities. I don't know how busy it will be during the season. Within 500 m, there is a small harbor and sea food restaurants. Within 100 m, there are two convenient store and a Korean food restaurant with excellent taste Korean soups.

마운틴뷰라서 바다는 보이지 않았지만 눈덮인 설악산을 보며 힐링했어요

바다 전망이 매우 좋음 건물 자체는 낡았지만 비교적 깨끗하게 관리중 주차장이 만차면 도로에 대야함 수건을 로비에 들고 가야 교체해 줌 (1회) 탁구장, 게임장은 공사중

조용하고 편안한 가성비 숙소. 주말과 시즌때는 싸지는 않지만 해변을 품고있는 숙소에 이만한 곳은 찾기 힘들것입니다. 평일에는 가성비 숙소로 적극 추천합니다. 하지만 혼자숙박한다면 겨울 저녁에는 좀 심심할 수도 있습니다. 가족여행객들에게 추천합니다.
