Friendly & very helpful desk clerk Excellent service for everything. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Bed was not comfortable. No cleaning of the room while at was there for the two nights, toilet paper was out. Tube was not clean. Was not please at all for all the money i spent for my 2 days stay. Staff was not friendly when I checked in. I willl definitely not go back or refer anyone to the Hampton Inn in Gretna Virginia.😝

The location was great for what we needed the room for. Only thing that stopped me from giving them a five star was the Beds. They are not that comfortable. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel and location!

The check-in person (wish I could remember his name!!) and Mary in the breakfast area were excellent! So friendly and personable! Our room was not all that clean, but I wonder if it’s just that everything is old. The kitchen Cora chair was stained and nasty! I would recommend that it be discarded. The lobby was bright and clean, though. Perhaps renovations are going on? I would hope so. We will stay again, but this hotel is not up to the standards we usually see from Hampton Inn.

Overall good and very affordable, stayed in passing because im traveling, doing lots of driving. And the self check-in didnt work so had to check-in at the desk but other than that its clean, everything is in mostly good condition except a couple things but wasnt a big deal; and friendly & helpful staff. Also the breakfast, thats always nice. Good for a short stay.
