Magnifique Villa, cuisine complète avec vue sur la grande glissade d'eau, air climatisé efficace donc parfait pour famille. La villa et les piscines sont très propre et majestueuses. Le service de l'accueil est mauvais car très long avant de trouver notre villa qui était déjà payée en même temps que la réservation depuis très longtemps. Nous avons demandé une nuit supplémentaire avec insistance mais impossible de rejoindre le propriétaire selon l'accueil. Je recommande vivement Villa Los Cabos car le lieu est paradisiaque.

The stay was really bad. There was not enough sleeping area that they said it was for 12 people but there was not enough space. There where dirty mattress that needed to place on the floor. My grandparents had to sleep on dirty mattress. The villa was dirty and it smelled also two air conditioning was not working, the the shower had cold water. When I asked administration to help they said because I rented through hotels.com they can not help me. I have never experienced this renting through hotels.com. I even used one free stay for this trip and I lost it with this bad experience. I would like to request that one free night after all I always rent my hotel with hotels.com hopefully you will take my request under consideration.

The villas views, are beautiful, I was unaware that these are private owned villas, and not a resort with services. The jacuzzi in our Villa was not working, the AC units didnt work half the time. Its a hassle to enter & exit the property. The people at the gate aren't very friendly. They are simply checking your identity & allowing you in or out. Nobody showed us to our villa, we had to walk around the entire complex to find it. With the villas being private owned, each one is going to be different. It's up to the owner to maintain it. I dont think I will be staying here again. I ended up leaving the resort & paying extra to go swim & have drinks & food at Cayman Suites down the road as they had their bar & restaurant open & employees checking on us making sure we were having a good time.

Two beds were broken literally broken , no TV was working. The Air conditioning in the living Room didi’t work . We couldn’t stay inside for a long time because it was too hot. The matresses were in very vas Condición . The curtain was a quilt, the grill was broken. There were two fans outside and didn ‘t work as well It really was dissaponting that people are fooled by renting properties in such bad conditions and there is no one to warn you and give you an explanation. And is no checo either.

Nice quiet place to spend at the beach. The kitchen had everything you need and you can buy groceries at nearby stores.

Pool is amazing... the apartment haven’t been taken care of since it was built...

TV and jacuzzi bad conditions bad bad

The property was difficult to find as it was actually located within a larger property (Los Cabos Villas) but this was not clearly described. As the unit was privately owned within the Villas community the staff were unwilling to assist with minor deficiencies and we were to directed to contact the owner. The overall property was really good, well kept, clean, and great pools. The Villa its self was comfortable and well appointed with everything required to enjoy your stay with the exception of the non functioning hot tub (cracked and wouldnt hold water), hot water (was absolutely none and when you turned the tap to hot there was no flow) and no WIFI ( this was stated as available but there wasnt any)

I liked that I was in paradise and they have excellent pools but the condition of the Villa and service, that was not provided, is subpar. The freezer didn’t freeze, sheets were very dingy and they were white, power went out a few times, administration did not help me with some clean towels due to the Villa I rented was under contract with someone else. They supplied 6 towels for a Villa that accommodates 12, they didn’t provide scissors to cut the towels in half. The location is great but the Villa was horrible

Excellent place, the only thing that there are no elevators, it would be better if there were elevators for people with disabilities, also if they have wifi, otherwise the place is very beautiful.

We had to find a new place to stay when management communicated on our day of arrival that they couldn't accomodate us. Avoid the issues and book somewhere more reliable.

We were received by armed guards. The used flashligts to look inside my vehicle. My kids and family were really scared. We asked them if other members of the family could stsy but they say they could not let anyone else in. That this was not a hotel or resort but a privatly owned property. My family was really scared and wanted to leave, but it was really late so we decided to stay after a whole check in process more similar than a jail entry. The reservation was for 2 nights but as soon as the sun came out, we got the hell out of there. This place should not be presented as a family or even a place to stay.

The pools were clean and really nice. Security always on duty. The kitchen of the villa where we stay needed some clean up and updated. The Jacuzzi was dirty and really old. The villa offered wifi but when we asked for the password they told us they didn't have WiFi.

Very bad because we bring food to cook and the refrigerator don't work, and they don't care! Our food was in bad condition next day, also we don't have internet service. Place is far from all the store and we can't buy food easy our drinks was warm, we need cold because was hot.

I got the 3 bedroom villa, beautiful facilities with private pool plus there are several pools for everyone to use in the facilities. Kitchen is completely equipped with everything you might need. AC works great, place is in front of the beach, very safe, private parking. Well mantained, there are workers constantly cleaning around.

No me gusto en absoluto el servicio de la persona encargada. No funcionaban la refrigeradora, no congelaba, no servia el aire acondicionado, la persona encargada no dio ni una disculpa, era muy exijente y nada cordial. La ropa de de cama parecia q no la habian lavado, la mesa del exterior estaba quebrado el vidrio y la tela d las sillas estaba demasiado sucia.. el estado en general del apartamento, necesita mantenimiento. El exterior en el area de piscinas es muy bonito.

Villa los Cabod precioso, las piscinas hermosas, el lugar muy bien cuidado. La Villa estaba Bonita pero no servía un inodoro, ni un lavamanos, las sábanas muy arrugadas, daba la impresión de estar sucias o recién usadas. El resto estaba muy bonito y con todas las comodidades.

El complejo muy bonito, ideal para familias!, pero el apartamento aunque limpio, muy descuidado y en general en malas condiciones, si van con ninños pequeños lleven entretencion aparte, pues ni hay ni siquiera Cable en un tv diminuto.
