Good place to stay

The only good thing I can think of is that it’s right by the lake.

Their parking lot is a little bit far away from their property. Breakfast is so so and once the food gone no more replacement, you had better have breakfast as early as it start.

The beds were very firm to our liking! The beds also seemed to be clean. However, other parts of our room didn’t seem to be cleaned, especially at the windows to see outside the street vendors. Windows were not cleaned and there were black dirt near the sill. The window curtains were also very torn.

Small boutique hotel, perfect location, wonderfully cared for.

The hotel room reminded us of a prison cell, narrow, with harsh, surveillance-like lighting, no pictures, and a tiny window giving out on junk yard. Then there's the noise: they installed a second wooden floor to put the beds on, and this acts like a drum amplifying the noise of guests walking upstairs--we almost went out of our minds by the pounding. As for the breakfast, which was delivered in buckets, the best description for it is "grub." Parking is far away, and you have to drag all your luggage through the alleys. We fled the place after one night although we'd pre-paid for a second night.

Our room was modern and clean. The staff were helpful and let us check in a few hours early and store our luggage for a couple hours after we checked out. Breakfast included a variety of tasty options. The location facing the pier was great. Would definitely stay here again.

New and spacious room with organic shower and shampoo. It's a stone throw to sun moon lake and some rooms do have the lake view.

Big room, clean and nice stay!

Everything in the room smell clean and brand new. There is even a nice big bath tub in the bathroom! I never regretted booking the room with a panorama view of the Sun Moon Lake which is a stone throw away from the hotel. Highly recommended for those who are visiting Sun Moon Lake and staying over.

The hotel is very nice and serene. It is very convenient to get to the hotel by boats and by cars

We checked in late, the staff waiting for us and very accommodating 2 good size bed, extremely comfortable. Great view of the lake. We watched the fisherman fishing from the balcony

Good location, walk to pier. Close to food market. The room is clean.

Lakefront boutique hotel, modern comforts and helpful staff with an English speaking manager. Across Ita Thao wharf which is a transpo hub to all other sights and beside yummy street food market we couldnt get enough of. Quirky souvenir shops all around. Spacious rooms, cushy beds and superb bath toiletries. Filling breakfast spread. Family friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
