This hotel is quite wonderful: the rooms are stylish and spacious with views of the river and hills; the staff were helpful and kind; the breakfast was delicious; and the hotel is conveniently located near the river, places to eat, and stores. I highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable and clean. Excellent Heath club attached with great indoor and outdoor pools. The breakfast buffet prepared by Chef Aysegul is a delight and a separate section for Tokat specialities was a nice touch. Easy going and laid back; good for a female solo traveler.

It's a super-duper business hotel. Everybody knows it, so no difficulty finding it. Staff speak English really well, and proved very helpful in our efforts to get to our main object, the Ballica caves. Slightly awkward location, so car or taxi recommended. Gave us a great room.

Her şey çok güzeldi ve detaylı düşünülmüştü. İkramlar, oda, temizlik son derece özenliydi.

La piscine de l'hôtel est préemptée par le club de sport à n'importe quel moment, obligeant les clients de l'hôtel à sortir de la piscine. C'est scandaleux. Aucune mention n'est faite par l'hôtel sur le fait que la piscine est partagée et parfois inutilisable.

Otelde 4 gece konakladim. Kahvalti almadim. Bu otelde oda konforu iyi sayilabilir. Ancak banyo-lavabo-wc hicbir zaman dogru duzgun calismadi; havlu vs yeterli, tertemiz. Ancak dusakabin sanki ozel tasarlanmis ve su birikimi oluyor. Tedirgin oluyorsunuz tasacak diye. Farkli odalarinda kaldim. Senelerdir soylerim ve senelerdir boyle. Klozet sifonu dogru duzgun calismiyordu. Uc dort kez basmak, basili tutmak zorunda kaliyorsunuz. Bu gelisimde temizlik odasinin karsisini vermisler. Temizlik ne zaman baslarsa uyandim hep, gurultuden.

Fint og rent hotel. Kun en enkel restaurant, som bliver brugt til morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad. Ærgerligt de ikke har en Rooftop, som deres andet hotel i Konya. Gåafstand til strøget med mulighed for en gåtur langs floden med legepladser og cafémiljø. Spa og massage var vi ikke imponeret over ellers fint ophold.

Herşey yine mükemmeldi. Sadece pazar günü sanırım oteldeki bir eğlence nedeniyle 7. Kata bile müzik gürültüsü geliyordu biraz rahatsız olduk

Çalışan arkadaşlar birçok konuda yardımcı oldu.Otel temiz ve rahattı.
