The staff is great. The hotel is ok. Loved the location right by the Duomo, once you get past the stink of Macdonalds by the front door and the crowds. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and the lighting in the room simply awful… neon blue around the mirrors. Terrible shower. Style over substance. And if you’re on the second floor, you’ll be awoken at 4a.m by the trash collection.

Was given wrong category room (much smaller) and hotel refused to accept this and insisted category was correct. Most dissapointing!!!!!!

Location, location, location! You can’t get better than this hotel. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. We had a family room with two bedrooms. The room was incredibly spacious. My only complaint is that the sofa bed in the second room was very uncomfortable and it was difficult to get a good night’s rest. Other than that, our stay was amazing and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice property right in the heart of Duomo area. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Staff was very helpful with booking airport transfers and dinner reservations.

My wife and I have stayed in some beautiful properties around the world and The Street Milano and it’s amazing. Staff are the best we have ever experienced. The entire staff from top to bottom is excellent and extremely attentive to their guest need. The location of the property is extremely convenient to all the major attractions in Milan and especially The Duomo area. The room was extremely comfortable and very well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and I plan to come back and stay again on my next trip.

Absolutely love this boutique hotel! Everything was perfect—strategic location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, a quiet and spotless room, and a high-quality breakfast. The staff also provided great restaurant recommendations, making my stay even more enjoyable. The reception team arranged a taxi in no time, allowing me to catch my train without stress. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan and will definitely return on my next trip!
