Clean, comfortable, historic. I felt centuries of history in my soul during our stay. The staff at the Italian restaurant were darling and the food was delicious.

Beautiful room in a beautiful part of Krakow! Within walking distance if Wawel Castle and the square. We did not try the restaurant for breakfast because there were so many choices surrounding the hotel, but stopped for a coffee on our way out and the service was lovely.

Wyndham Grand Krakow provided a comfortable stay. The spa was exceptional. The breakfast offerings were 4/5 lacking that little extra. H 15 luxury offered that little extra and would be our first choice again.

Lovely stay right in the middle of the old town.

Very nice hotel and a good location

Great location, just off the main square. All staff were fantastic. The swimming pool and spa were amazing, great way to relax after a day seeing the sights.

Brilliant location

There is a nightclub next door which empties many evenngs around 4am, which often leads to some noise in the street. Depending where your room is located, it could be disruptive.

All rooms are different in layout we were in room 105 . Spacious . Views limited but if you want views go to roof terrace . We will return

We didn’t get any benefits as a VIP MEMBER we had dinner at their restaurant but didn’t get VIP discount . We like the location and the size of our we booked a suite

Great hotel in an excellent location. We appreciated the space and cleanliness of the room and it was a quiet haven in a central street. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again if visiting Krakow. Only two minor criticisms. The pool is too cold to the extent you can’t stay long. We booked this hotel as it had a pool so this was disappointing. Also breakfast service wasn’t ideal. We had to wait for a table all three mornings, not because it was full but because tables hadn’t been cleared. Plus we had to wait for essential breakfast items - cups for the coffee machine. Minor issues. Great facilities overall and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A warmer pool and would be five star review.

Staff is kind and helpful. As soon as a last-minute accommodation was needed they made it happen as soon as possible. Room service was excellent and everything about this location was clean.
