Very happy with it

Wonderful stay

Things like taps need repair and there was no cutlery when we arrived ...

Comfortable and clean place to stay. Very friendly staff. Suited our requirements for a short holiday to Christchurch. I would return to this motel in the future if and when i visit Christchurch again.

The people in charge were great our Aussie phones did not work, so the owner lent us his.nothing was to much trouble. we will be going back there again.

Front door lock very very hard to unlock or lock, did not like the feeling of it Bath towels super thin - useless Bed comfy A lot of TLC is required

Person greeting and cleaning rooms was nice and polite. Facilities are very old and need a good clean, maintenance and update. Gardens and surrounds were a mess of weeds.

If you are looking for a posh motel this is not it but the room was clean and had everything I needed i was in there cheaper room$65 a night it was great value the bed was nice comfortable will definitely stay again.

Great location close to everything. Quite and nice setup. Only minor issue was a stuck water tap in the kitchen sink. Vivian was a friendly staff member and can’t fault the place. Highly recommended and will be back next Christchurch stay.

A very clean comfortable hotel with friendly staff and at affordable rates.

Its ok for the money but we only booked for one night. The bed was excellent, large and nice bedding. No8, where we stayed had no smoke alarm however.

it is very good for budget traveller

I had been here before. About a year ago. At the time I thought that the staff were very capable, and they still are, as well as motivated to make my stay comfortable. The property is a short distance from the Centre of Christchurch, and not very far, about 15 minutes by taxi, to the airport. Last year I explained that their were still some repairs needed due to the earthquake. These seem to have been addressed. All the appliances worked well. The Warehouse (Supermarket etc.,) is across the road. There are no doubt many fine hotel's etc., in Christchurch, but none at even close to the value for money. Parking outside your room.
