Arrived with two large luggages nobody helped me take them from car. Waited 20 minutes to check in— still nobody helped me move luggage to room afterward. Next day tried to call reception to help with luggage, no answer. Poor service all in all; disappointing. Won’t be returning.

The staff were wonderful! Everyone we interacted with were kind, patient, and friendly. Especially the doormen and front desk staff. The rooms were clean and the food was good. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a very good hotel in the Al Salama neighbourhood of Jeddah. I was allowed a slightly early check in by fron staff, Samih, who was very kind and considerate. On the day of my check-in, however, there were wifi range issues. But Faazil, the IT manager fixed it well after some follow ups from my end. The breakfast staff was very welcoming. Food was okay; the staff at the live counter were very prompt. It's an easy location for Uber drivers to find. There's an Al Baik takeaway store right opposite the hotel. Fairly good location if you want to avoid the more expensive hotels near the Corniche or closer to Al Balad. This one's reachable within 20-25 minutes from both.

Clean room Staff excellent

stayed for 4 nights including breakfast and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean, and the staff kept everything well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the gym, which was well-equipped, and the swimming pool, which was relaxing and pleasant. The breakfast each morning was a nice addition to the stay. Overall, a very enjoyable and comfortable experience.

Very nice hotel spacious room we needed two rooms so the suite was perfect and a better deal than getting two rooms. All the staff was super friendly and helpful we felt like at home. Very central location close to everything by car
