The front reception staff were polite and obliging. However, being an old hotel, the room has an unusual "straw" smell when one steps inside the room. Otherwise the room is very huge compared to the newer hotels

Less food option for dinner, less staff in restaurants.

The room is more spacious than expected. Near Lake Towada It is a large hotel. Breakfast buffet is ok.

The best location, I can go to lake towada and towada winter story festival in a few miniute. In the hotel and room is clean and comfortable.
