We loved our stay. The Staff (Elvis and others) are friendly, the rooms are clean and a great location. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stadf loved the jaccuzzi

Did not have the best experience. The front desk is a tiny makeshift desk with all the light control panels as a backdrop. The lobby smells musty. The room is very dark, having just a small, high window to illuminate it. In one corner of the room is a jacuzzi (!?), there is no storage except for a hanging rod, and the floor is a mixture of normal tile and outdoor rock like tile. The bathroom is tiny, and there is no tile om the walls. Definitely not coming back.

Beds were hard.. Breakfast was great ordered delivered to our room. Staff, excellent, very helpful. Close to tourists attractions.

It will surprise you when you walk in, standing on the sidewalk you'll never imagine the size of this place. Secure property, to enter you have to ring and someone will open. Spacious rooms with everything you'll need. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. There is a mini fridge in the room as well and the AC is a plus. Clean and comfortable beds. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Definitely recommend it.

Staff was amazing. Very attentive for all your needs. Breakfast was delicious and included in our stay. The rooms were spotless with AC. I highly recommend.

Room was comfy and had everything we needed. The staff was excellent- super kind and helpful! And it was a great location

No complaints, free water and coffee. Good location close to everything. Where able to find us great accommodations to get to lake atitlan after our stay there. Clean and efficient, will stay again.

We were in the apartment, which was à large space for our family to spread out, including our own kitchen. I don’t think it’s as updated as the rest of the hotel, but it certainly worked for us. Plus, we were lucky to get to watch the New Year’s fireworks from the rooftop patio! Also, Elvis was a wonderful help, assisting with our travel, dining and more.

Hotel Casa Bella was in a great location in Antigua close to restaurants and a park. I wish the room was a little cleanier and could have used some touches to the paint and a few things we're outdated. Good for a quick stay, but unfortunately not my favorite stay, especially for the price. The front staff was also nice.

Clean place with great water pressure and a very nice and attentive staff

Nice romantic room with Jacuzzi. Great location too. Their shuttle to the airport was double what I've paid before though.
