Nice apartment! sufficiently clean. Highly recommended

Positives: Staff are fantastic, place is very clean, transport links are great. Negatives: very noisy, rooms facing the road is almost impossible to sleep due to people arriving all night and the noise from the road through the windows and balcony door.

The hotel was ok and fine for 1 night, we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer. It was a bit grubby in places and the bathrooms would have benefited from some mould spray. We had a dreadful nights sleep, the mattress was so thin, there were no spare pillows. Also the room was incredibly hot and as we were on the ground floor we couldn’t leave the patio doors open, for safety, and there were no windows to open. The electricity went off during the night when our youngest went to the toilet. Breakfast was ok but very over priced. The pool was nice, but freezing, and the whole pool area could do with a good clean.

I found hair pieces on the corners of the room. Also i was charged extra for cleaning service that I expected to be part of the booking charge.

I liked the location. I didn’t like the fact that it’s very hard to get food at night…

It was great overall, breakfast was delicious. The only thing I didn't like that much was the limited towels they gave, and asking 8EUR for an extra set of towels, and also the small bedroom was REALLY SMALL - for 2 kids not for 2 adults, which I didn't know. But overall OK.

We stayed for one night during September when having a break from TMB due to bad weather and I could not fault the place. Super friendly and helpful reception staff. They allowed us early check-in, helped with ordering bread delivery. Laundry facilities on site, comfy and clean apartment, nice pool area. We were well rested to continue on TMB. Thank you!

Excellent apartment, perfect location Free bus and train service throughout the valley. Lots of walks direct from apartment. Will return.

Great location, pool and plenty of space. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a 2 sleeping room Appartement. It is equipped with everything necessary, the staff is very helpful and nice. Some Appartements have a view to the Mont Blanc. Located outside of Chamonix, but can easily be reached by bus (every 30 min) or train (every 60 min).

Very clean, good hotel. Good location. Staff are a bit rude, but generally ok. This is a self catering apartment rather than a hotel. Be prepared to clear out your own rubbish and clean room at check out. Ample underground parking included. During our stay, the Jacuzzi was not working, but the swimming pool was warm and great.

We had a nice short stay - very nice location close to both Chamonix village and Grand Montets (<4 mins drive) - new hotel so everything was really clean. Beds very comfortable, lots of room, and a great view. Indoor/outdoor pool was very nice. Seems like they are still working out some details - website said that there is a spa, but turns out not really, was a big hot tub in a room that simply didnt have any water in it, and we were told it was broken, but not until after they signed us up to use it (with a fee, of course). Seems like there was a lot of nickel and diming - charge to use hot tub room or exercise, for coffee in the apartment, things that seem like they should be included at the price. A suggestion would be for them to have simple things like salt and pepper, or cleaning sponges, little things that would just be nice to have without having to buy when you rent an apartment for a few days or a week. They inspect the room before checkout - was odd. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall was very comfortable and nice - and we hope they figure out a slightly higher level of elegance for the price.

I asked for 4 single beds but was given a double bed and 2 single beds though the 4 single beds option was what I chose online. Spa and other sauna amenities are shown on the website but was told that these have to come at an extra charge at the reception. They don’t help to clean the room but charge 4 euros per towel if I needed a replacement. Try to avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel did not answer the phone when we required our reservation be modified. We tried to go through Expedia and got stone-walled there as well. Very bad start to a very lukewarm experience. Hotel was new, and staff seemed very new as well. Bad service, long and awkward check in, did not have answers and even gave out incorrect information. Met a very hostile front desk assistant who yelled at me for trying to use the coffee machine. The sauna cost extra and the hot tub was a luke warm pool. They make you reserve a spot but then let anyone down anyways. They charge a premium for certain hours which was totally absurd. A formal complaint lodged with the manager went nowhere. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

We are a family of 4 and needed an unexpected stay, booked this hotel and were very pleasantly surprised, the rooms where amazing (2 bedrooms, sitting room with kitchen, bathroom and wc). Although it is outside direct reach to any ski-slopes, shops or restaurants, the bus and train stop on their doorstep and it will only take 5 min to Argentiere or 10min to Chamonix. It was more convenient than expected. The staff were amazing, patient and had a lot of information. It was clean, fresh, modern and quiet. Our kids had no problem falling asleep in this hotel. Although there are no dining facilities in the hotel apart from breakfast, the staff were very helpful in advising where to go. Buy some shopping on the way up and you will be sorted, also Argentiere has supermarket for further needs. We would definitely recommend this Hotel to other people.

A brand new apartment hotel, the apartment with a small kitchen fully equipt , has a nice terrace with a view to the mountains . At the hotel there is a small heated swimming pool and a small spa and a children's club . A great place for families with children . Notice that you have to leave the apartment clean or you will be charged for cleanup

Appartement propre et très confortable. Seul bémol la proximité avec les rails. De plus, rseau wifi très faible.

Nice place with good breakfast and pool. Note it’s more of a lodge style place and not a regular hotel. You’ll need a car to reach most places in Chamonix centre and most lifts, we had a rental and did not check out any buses. Good value for money - Chamonix-style.
