No heating in room and shower was not good. Room was clean. Breakfast very poor

Alot better than last time I stayed allot had improved staff are amazing very attentive take good care of there guests buffet needs to offer bit more choice than just fish or chicken but was still lovely bedroom nicely decorated bar man was fantastic overall stay was amazing glad I have it second shot will defo stay here again

Ok here we go! 1. Room was smelt of damp and mould ! 2. Room and toilet area was first with red bacteria from water taps and hairs in bath sink and bed! 3. The shower gels and soaps were dirty with used dried shampoo and shower gel on them! 4. The noise room doors are not noise proof and you can hear every movement in the corridor outside ! 5. The restaurant is a total and utter disgrace, cold bacon, cold beans, cold sausages and cold black pudding ! 6. The staff look dirty and the uniforms are not presentable or acceptable ! 7. NO FIRE EMERGENCY PLAN IN ROOM ALARMING!! Absolute embarrassment I will never ever stay at a MGM hotel again especially this dump!

Breakfast was substancial but not hot.

Very helpful staff throughout the hotel. Good choice at breakfast, upgrade on room which was nice, but bin hadn't been emptied, no big deal

Was surprised to find such a great choice of games...Pool. ping pong darts ice hockey...at the bar area...great for spending an evening byb the bar!

This is our sixth time at this Hotel and we love it all Staff are very polite friendly and helpful we stayed in a Deluxe Room and it was clean modern and had everything that we needed in it food excellent and a great variety places to visit Falloch Falls Rannoch Moor Glencoe

We loved the staff and all the little extras. While the property is a dated in some ways, their amenities and efforts to obvious updates make up for it. The staff are ALL exceptional. The man that ran the dining room and the young woman who checked us in were outstanding!!!

Excellent service, hotel was OK, room was nice but had a wee bed.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The decor is dated but we loved the unique other worldly charm. Please don’t change! The staff were lovely, the bed was comfy and bathroom was very clean with an amazing shower. I’d definitely stay again

The hotel could use some renovations but it was clean and comfortable, and within walking distance to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay.

We love going to this Hotel the Staff are so polite friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond for you our room was excellent and had everything that we needed in it it was an Executive Room and it was big and had great views of the Gardens at the front of the Hotel the food was excellent as always and a great variety compliments to the Chef the Hotel is in a great location for visiting Rannoch Moor Glencoe Glenfinnan and FortWilliam

Property setting very neat and tidy. Kitchen and waiters excellent. While we were there , there were two coaches of people all eating breakfast at the same time. The staff worked fast to replenish anything that was missing. Buiiding was a little dated (1980s), but on the whole we were satisfied.

My room was noisy when moving the chairs in the restaurant at night I think or whatever part of the dining room was above me. Also delivery truck noisy early in morning. Nice room but wouldn’t give to someone who asks for a quiet stay.

Close to all the activity. Meal and board option was great

1940s hotel vibe. A little outdated in areas but comfortable stay overall for the price.

This property needs help. Everything was old and to some extent needed service (eg. buttons falling off the elevator, toilet leaking water). The room was musty. Much of the plumbing needed work in our room.

We weren’t there for long as we just stayed the night to do Ben Nevis but the hotel was lovely. Wish we would have stayed longer.

The curtains were old and falling apart. I had to use the blanket at end of bed to use.
