Excellent rooms and stay

Checkin process too long but it may be system operational problem not staff. No proper classification folder or etc. staff need to find pre-print papers and room card by hand (one by one). There were two guests before me, so checkin for me costs 15 mins roughly. Room spacious, WiFi fast, hot water 24h, bathroom clean. Recommended and will re-visit. Bus stops around, easy access to the city centre. Supermarket just downstairs. Super convenient.

Room was clean. Corridors were dirty. Evening meal was terrible.

Nice place to relax, quiet with many options nearby for food and exploration. Good access to anything really, been here a few times and have never been let down by the service and experience.

Perfect hotel apart from the AC isn’t very good and the room is really warm constantly apart from that amazing couldn’t fault it.

With a lack of air conditioning on hot summer days/nights you need not come here. Horrible horrible horrible.

Very basic hotel for a short stay, it worked well. Brilliant staff! They made a total difference. The room was in very poor condition. Very old beds with old, used mattresses. Not ideal to sleep if you have any back conditions. The shower comes out LAVA, not water. So so so hot made it impossible to shower.

This hotel was a disappointment. The entrance is unkept. The room was very hot and the AC was not on. I turned it on and it was barely working. The room and bed gave the appearance as if we were in jail. The hallway carpet had a musty oder. We refused to stay there and didn’t not get a refund because we checked in before seeing the room. We didn’t use the room at all; just went to check it out and straight back to lobby.

Rooms were tidy, clean bedding etc but bed is super old with springs and not great as my side of the bed bowed. Pillows super thin with no alternative. Bathroom was clean but a lot of mould in the shower. It was good for a night to rest our heads but definitely not what I was sold on the internet. The outside of the building looked like a work building. Upon entering it was an empty reception, go to 2nd floor to check in - old carpets but reception area very neat. Rooms neat and tidy but the building itself needs improvement - not the nicest looking place and had I known it looked like this before booking I wouldn’t have stayed there.

It’s a great cheap and cheerful hotel with great transport links. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Booked a twin room, it actually had 3 single beds and a large bathroom. Breakfast was included and there was a good choice of food available. Good choice of food in the evening. Only downside was the lifts and stairs. Reception was on level 1 but you had to get the lift to level 2 and go down a short flight of stairs due to the layout of the building. It was the same with all rooms, you either had to go up or down the stairs from the lift, which does make it unsuitable for anyone with severe mobility problems, such as in a wheelchair or mobility scooter, and awkward if you have a heavy case, which I did, or use a walking aid, as I do, but this was a last minute booking due to a late hotel cancellation. Overall a really good hotel with very friendly, helpful staff.

Friendly staff. Room had an awful musky smell. Only stayed in room for a few hours so that's why i didn't request to switch rooms.And the shower was stuck on hot. No way to cool it down. The hotel shares a building with other companies and a university so it's not your average hotel building.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Good choice for breakfast. Bar area is comfortable and well priced. Room was provided all we needed and was clean apart from the dried in stain across the curtains!

It was a nice hotel, very odd layout but rooms where clean and bathroom was nice and modern. Staff were attentive and very approachable. There was a pool table and darts in the bar area with some nice seating. Food was nice and breakfast buffet was a nice touch. Close to tram and train station to get into the city. Only a few minutes drive to media city too so good area.
