Quaint hotel in altstadt. Room and bathroom were comfortable. Check in was smooth. Staff was very helpful and considerate. Breakfast was nice. Location was very close to everything downtown. Would stay again.

Everything was great, helpful friendly receptionist, very clean, in great location and reasonable price.

Initial welcome was good however the manager was absolutely a disgrace to the hotel. I feel for her staff. This should have no not impact the hotel and other staff. Everyone else was welcoming.. breakfast was lovely, location very good and central. It was a shame one member of staff behaviour could be so unreasonable and childish.

Great central location. I parked on the street for free at Ludwig Wilhelm Strabe. This is free parking with no time limits and is a straight flat 10 minute walk to the hotel. If you walk through the gardens it will take a little longer but is a beautiful walk. The reception guy was very friendly as were the breakfast staff. The breakfast buffet was great. Cold meats, cheese, vegetables, fruit, cereal and bread. Also hot eggs and sausages, coffee, tea and juices. My room was suitable for my needs of a single night stay. It was very hot, the day I stayed it was about 32° and the room was hotter. The fan could do with replacing as although it worked you could not feel the benefit unless you stood right in front of it. The room had a fridge which was great as I was able to buy snacks and drinks from the supermarket, just 2 minutes away, and keep them cool in the fridge. There are bars and restaurants also within a 2 minute walk.

the room booked is not as described, the room is in a different building, the room was clean and cosy but due to warm weather and the fan is not supportive I was not able to sleep at all, I ended up checking out early, the hotel owner has shown me a room in the main building and offered me to stay there without any charges for the last night but I already decided to check out

The management was BEYOND KIND and understanding when I screwed up my dates by one day. I deeply appreciate their flexibility. A big corporate chain would never have been as helpful. The breakfast was delicious and filling as well.

Central location. Walking distance to shops thermal bathes. One of the best breakfasts of our trip.

Hotel was easy to find in central Baden Baden just a few steps from Augustaplatz bus stop. Easy check-in, we were treated to a room upgrade which was a bonus. Rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was included and was very lavish for such a small place, I would definitely stay again.

We were put in a building separate from the main hotel. No Internet in the building! No elevator, had to carry luggage up many flights of stairs. One good thing was the view from the room.

Place was reasonable small clean breakfast was good hotel is not all in one building which makes it a little confusing
