Nice onsen hotel and we had a spacious Japanese style room. The dinner and breakfast package was excellent. The onsen facility is good.

The room was a beautiful Japanese style room with table and chairs and futons on tatami mats amazing bathroom and private and public onsen! Would have stayed long if I could have!

Amazing place, clean spacious rooms for the Japanese style rooms, great dinner and breakfast and clean onsens. Would highly reccomend for those staying in the Yamagata area given tbe proximity to the train station

Staff insist that there's dinner included when check in which I doubt. I go ahead with dinner even though was not feeling too great and did not finish the whole meal course. Upon check out I was then told that I have to pay $3300 yen for dinner by another staff. The check in staff did not convey the cost of the dinner at at all.

Staffs are friendly beginning to the end of our stay.

The staff was very welcoming. We loved the craft beer happy hour and our private outdoor bath. We also loved the local people we met eating outside of the hotel and shopping for pottery. We stayed for the proximity to Zao Aki resort. We didnt use it but there was a free shuttle for that.

The breakfast is truly an amazing value!! Such an abundance of healthy, hearty food for 500 yen. The bath is quite nice! The lobby and lounge areas are super swanky, too! The single-person room was good enough for me! A complementary snack and teabags, with a hot water pot and a pitcher of ice water provided. Very polite and kind staff at checkin, breakfast, and checkout. They also held my luggage for the day after checkout.

Middle of the road hotel. Clean and reasonably spacious room. Has a rooftop onsen. Breakfast was good. Like a lot of hotels in Japan slightly outdated. Value for money.

No too far from Zao onsen ski area (30 min by car) quiet lication, great staff waiting for us, nice onsen on the roof to relax! Good wifi! Negative side: room outdated, carpet with lots of stains, matress and pillows not comfortable at all, bar was clise at 20:00.... room temperature control difficult. But at usual in Japan the staff service was excellent! A bit over price due to outdated of the room!

割引価格で飛びつきましたがホテルのレースのカーテンはビリビリ、ポットからは黒い変なものが出てくる。 浴場は床は畳の様な物で引き詰めてありましたが汚い。

大規模施設ではなかったので、お風呂もバイキングも急かされる感じ無く、ゆっくりすることができました。 スタッフの数が少ないんですかね？特に不具合があったわけでは無いのですが。

豪華な高級旅館ではないが、温かみがありゆっくりできる宿です。女性グループでの利用なので、ワイワイすごくことができた。 女性の受付の方は、とても親しみがあり好印象です。 オールインクルーシブを案内され、部屋に入る前にクラフトビールを１杯。なくなるとすぐに補充してくれます。　 風呂上がりのビールも最高です。 部屋には、近くのお店のお饅頭が置いてあり、お土産の参考になりました。 温泉は屋上に内風呂と露天あり、露天風呂が高温だと内風呂はぬるめ。内風呂が高温だと露天風呂がぬるめとなっていた。 夕食は、牛、鴨と肉好きの私は大満足。 朝食は、ビュッフェで、山形ならではの食材が並び、お米も美味しくてご飯がすすみます。こだわりの朝食でした。 また利用したいお宿です。 残念なのは、かみのやま温泉がとても静かなこと。また、賑わってたくれることを願います。

ドリンクが飲み放題で貸切風呂や、露天風呂があって良かった。上山、蔵王に行ったらまた利用したい。

部屋は綺麗で広かったです。ウェルカムドリンクアルコールも飲み放題、漫画読み放題、温泉も気持ちよく入れました。 バイキング美味しかったです。お米が最高でした。 部屋の電気ポットが、古いのか押してもお湯がなかなかでてきませんでした。

朝食メニューは種類も多く、白米が美味しかっです。

ちょっとうるさい団体がおり部屋でもうるさかったがフロントに連絡したらきちんと対応してくれて良かった 帰り際にも声を掛けてくれた

客室は年期を感じましたが、 展望を含めて温泉が非常に素晴らしかったです。 朝食自体は品数も含め良かったですが、大広間で少し寒く感じました。 インクルーシブのアルコール飲み放題やコミックレンタル等今度はビジネスでは無く、プライベートで時間に余裕を持った宿泊をしたいです。
