Lovely comfortable stay with very friendly hosts

Delicious breakfast. Owners friendly and welcoming. Gorgeous view of the Lancashire countryside from our window. Room clean and spacious. Proper power shower in the bathroom. We were only able to stay one night (this time) but it was pretty much perfect. 10/10

Steven and Ann are wonderful hosts and keep a spotless well run B&B. Lots of choice for breakfast. Highly recommended.

The description is not correct as it says there is a bar/ lounge with food available . There is a lounge but no food or drink except for breakfast. Breakfast is served from 8.00 which is not much use if you are working or have an early start.

Lovely farmhouse in a quiet country area, looked freshly decorated and had attractive solid oak matching furniture. Helpful, friendly hosts and a super breakfast with lots of choice.

Our hosts were very friendly. They gave us an excellent option for supper, and provided a wonderful breakfast!! Our apartment was perfect!! Comfortable bed... kitchen area... dining area... and a bathroom with an excellent shower!!!

Amazing in every way

Lovely place, very nice hosts who cannot do enough to make your stay a pleasant one! Very comfortable bed, breakfast was excellent and served hot. My only one critique, which is minor. The television in the room is much to small. That said I would return without hesitation.

Lovely place

Stayed for one night following a wedding, the hosts were excellent. Rooms were clean, warm and in good condition. Breakfast was pretty special, freshly made to order. Biscuits in the room were very nice, gutted I only ate one lol.

Spotless, comfortable and welcoming with a lovely breakfast in the morning. We will be back!

Overall the stay was good, the room was small but generally clean, although the main light fitting had not seen a duster in some time. The bed was ok, but i would have preferred a firmer mattress. I marked them down on eco friendliness because when i asked about plugging in my hybrid car I was told it would cost £20, the cost to fully charge the battery is under £5. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
