The room was well-appointed, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The hotel’s location is perfect — just steps from the train station, restaurants, and cafés, making it incredibly easy to explore Lucca and the surrounding area. The staff were genuinely helpful, and every restaurant recommendation they gave us was spot-on. Lucca is a beautiful town, and this hotel is the ideal place to relax and truly enjoy it. One more thing — breakfast was absolutely delicious and always fresh. The woman working each morning was especially attentive and would make us the perfect coffee without us even having to ask. That personal touch made our stay feel so special. We will absolutely be back!

The hotel is lovely in every respect. The location is perfect, close to the centre of beautiful Lucca, but in a quiet corner. The rooms are lovely. The bathroom was huge and had twin showers. The finishes were tasteful. The staff was welcoming and always helpful. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will return.

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and what a gem it really is. Perfectly located within the walls - pretty much in the centre of everything. Rooms are clean / modern / upmarket functional. Nothing else needed as far as bedroom is concerned. Breakfast also is excellent- simple food at its best Italian style. No swimming pools here but just a really good place to stay. Staff also were super helpful- big thanks.

We loved being centrally located in the old city of Lucca. We could walk everywhere. The hotel and staff were flawless.

Beautiful, clean hotel located in the heart of Lucca. Excellent breakfast was included and parking was very reasonable. They even allowed us to keep the car there after checkout for several hours 100% recommend!

This hotel was absolutely GORGEOUS! Everything, from the moment we walked in the entryway was just beautiful. Our room was very large, with an extra sitting room. It was beautifully decorated, very modern, with wonderful amenities in the room. The breakfast was delicious with so many options. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few minute walk to the main center of town with many restaurants and shops. Also, just a 3 or 4 minute walk to the Walls of Lucca walk, which we did each morning. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back!

Fantastic stay, great staff and very good location for the city

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Dipinto. Excellent location, access to their parking garage (and staff parks and retrieves your car!). Our room was very clean, well appointed, and had an interesting upstairs loft-like attic space with a TV and sofa. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lobby area is very nice and breakfast was great. Lucca is a wonderful town to visit and I feel Palazzo Dipinto enhanced the experience.

It was, in a word, impressive. Not only is it a lovely and clean hotel but the staff was amazing!!!!! We didn’t even think to ask about parking and were impressed that they had an option for a reasonable rate. But the staff was so nice and made our stay top notch. From the morning buffet to their helpful recommendations this hotel was great.
