First time staying over at myPlace. Overall experience, very nice & clean.

My Dad and I stayed here for the first weekend of the College World Series, and it was great! The property was clean and the stay was lovely and sweet. It was great having a little kitchenette, although we didn't use it. Highly recommend!

Clean hotel & fine for a quick overnight stop. No hand soap or bathroom toiletries.

Always a clean and inexpensive place to stay. Unfortunately I was put in a room close to the street this time and it was loud. Still a nice place.

Staff was super helpful and always very friendly. Public places were clean except for steps, where there was a large trail of mud from someone’s boots that was there for a day. Decent pool. Easy access to interstates from hotel location.

We booked this place in order to see a concert that just happened to coincide with the college World Series held in Omaha. It was about triple the going rate compared to a non-big attraction weekend, but much more affordable than any lodging in the old Market area where we like to stay that weekend. It was a quick drive downtown. It was clean, relatively comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. It was a little noisy later in the evening from the ball teams coming and going, but the noise didn’t last super late. We had everything we needed in our room, including an apartment sized fridge and a kitchenette.

The area was a little iffy feeling. The pillows are hard. Cheap enough though.

Front desk staff was amazing! Very helpful and never had a negative interaction! Our room was spacious and cleanish, (there were some things from a previous guest under the bed), the pool was great and had hotel provided toys, it was predominantly quiet and secure.

We checked into two rooms. Both smelled of cigarette smoke. There was a corona bottle (empty ) and an empty Gatorade bottle under the bed in one room. The carpet seemed sticky or moist. So much for cleaning. The beds squeaked just to sit on them and mattresses were not comfortable.

It was clean and the shower had great water pressure.

I needed a reasonably priced place to stay while my husband was in the hospital. Very clean property. Staff extremely nice and efficient.

When certain challenges came up, staff was not willing to be accommodating as needed. There are ways to satisfy customers and they chose to be deliberate in not accommodating. Would not have General Manager available to talk to. GM still has not called back to discuss the issues at hand. This also was a dirty facility that we chose to get by with - but the staff made our stay not worth the stay so we left for a neighboring hotel, which chose to be accommodating to our needs. We are all human and make mistakes, but not willing to see through the customers eyes sure made the experience awful. This hotel has now proven to us to not stay at a My Place hotel ever again.

Everything was great. No compliants. My nephew got sick and the staff was in it with new sheets and towels. Told me the closest place to get meds from in the middle of the night

Like the idea of a kitchen although we didn't really use it, but without pots, pans, plates, utensils, not very useful for out short stay

This was an amazing hotel - a chain we had never heard of, but will be looking for in the future!! The staff was fabulous and took care of our every need - felt like family! The rooms were great and the kitchen was an added bonus. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!!

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have not been disappointed once. It is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. I usually stay with my husband and toddler but this last time we were without my child since we were there for a rock concert that was not far from the hotel. We showed up a couple hours early and they let us check in early even though the rooms were still being cleaned/checked. She made sure it was clean before assigning it to us and handled it very well for being quite busy and we just had to be difficult and come early lol. With the concert going on, the hotel was pretty full but parking was not a problem and it wasnt loud or crazy..it was perfect when we got back from the concert to relax. Honestly wish there was continental breakfast but thats not a deal breaker. My family will continue to stay here in the future.
