Great customer service

The room was a bit grubby- carpet stains, dirt on the light switch, the kinds of little things that can get missed in cursory cleaning and build up over time. Pretty quiet and beds are comfortable though.

The staff were great, although we were told that the breakfast was on till 11 am but actually 8:30. And the bed was terrible to sleep on.

Pretty location. Difficult for semi-disabled person.. Room was cold. Was able to get a blanket in the middle of the night. Breakfast hours for voucher end at 8:30 am. A little early for me, since I spent the middle of the night freezing. I skipped breakfast.

Just visited for a relaxing getaway while my kids were with their dad. The hotel was definitely comfortable and breakfast in the restaurant was good.

The hotel is in a great place you can walk to everything intown. Lots of parking, everything was very clean. I would recommend this hotel.
