Everything was great except that Comic Con was right around the corner and a lot of parking were taken and there were a lot of people hanging out in the lobby... and they had very loud music in one of the nights. Other than that, the hotel was great and staff was amazing!

Great place overall

Hotel is across from the mall and near the airport. They provide an airport shuttle. The breakfast is the usual free bagels and make you own waffles. The rooms are rather small and have tile floors - no carpets. The bathroom has a shower stall. In general anice enough place but cetainly not luxurious.

The parking in the evening was horrible. The pillows were flat

Sparkling clean hotel, close to the mall. Unfortunately the doors are thin, if you have a loud guest in the adjacent room you can hear almost all phone conversation. No carpets so it feels spacious and modern, unfortunately loud footsteps. The small gym area is well equipped including peleton bike. Skip the processed breakfast, head to Starbucks.

Too expensive

Air conditioner leaked under flooring and water came Thru as you walked on floor . Could only use 1/2 of the room.

Nice overall, bed not horrible, but not comfy

I liked the property and staff very friendly but the hotel was a very small room everything felt very tight. The pool was not in the hotel but able to use the round hotels pool. If it had been cold… it would have been probably a no go there. The listing on Expedia said pool on sight which to me is in the same dwelling. I probably would no go back but the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Close to the airport and good value.

Check-in was very easy. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

It was very clean and the staff was very helpful

We checked in on Tuesday and checked out on Friday. Our room was not serviced the entire time. Bed not made. No towels refreshed. When we spoke with the young man at the front desk he said “that’s weird” everything else was good.

Isabella was great. She needs a raise.
