Much bigger room than shown on photos. Great shower. All amenities that you could want first over night stay. Helpful reception

Great location to access town and the local places we visited with elevated aspect giving a great view of the hill and town. Clean and warm spacious unit with all we needed for two day stay, especially the kitchen equipment. Parking off the road was convenient and safe. Very friendly and helpful staff and would stay there again.

Was quite a noisy property to stay in. No screen on the door so there were mosquitoes in the room and no bug spray. On a main road higher than the road so the noise carried. Price is representative of the accommodation. Early check out too - 10 am. Handy location to shops and a short walk to Monteith Brewery where we enjoyed an amazing dinner during our one night stay.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The motel itself is close to everything which was great.

It’s very close to the train station. The facilities are quite basic, and if you want to dine out you need to walk into the town centre. However, considering the location, the accommodation and the price are quite reasonable.

Great for our overnight stop in Greymouth. 10% discount at Monteith's was a pleasant surprise.
