Highly recommend this property for an overnight stay. We stayed with our two small dogs and thought it was very clean and well maintained, excellent value for money.

The parking was safe. We had to change rooms due to there being bodily hair and dirt on the shower which had clearly not been cleaned. Very disappointing. The bathroom also smelled of urine.

The manager who checked us in was super lovely and welcoming. The downside is it was a little far from the city centre so we ended up having to taxj one night when the buses had stopped running. Aside from that. Really comfortable..

Pas cher, mais pas terrible pour les commodités. Peu de serviettes à bain, pas de mini réfrigérateur. Il faut demander en bas pour un sèche cheveux et des serviettes supplémentaires. On s’est arrangé en conséquence. A notre arrivée la chambre était propre, mais il y avait peu de papier de toilette. On a du aller en demander en bas le lendemain car le desk ferme à 9:00pm. La chambre est plutôt spacieuse, mais ne dispose que d’un très petit bureau. Bref, propre, confortable et on a apprécié la climatisation. Bien insonorisé. Mais il faut se satisfaire de peu. On a utilisé le bus tout près pour se rendre à La Rochelle (illico 4) car le stationnement ville est cher ou introuvable. Très pratique. Plusieurs options de restauration autour, mais rien d’extraordinaire.

The room smelt. No reception staff when I checked in so I couldn’t complain. Automation is fine if you have systems to make up for a lack of people. Car park is good.

Were pet friendly

I've paid twice. Once through Hotel.com and the hotel take me the money as well. And they told me that they can't give me the money back because my account is not French. So it was really expensive.

Hated the automatic Checkin, door didn't work to get out, had to wait for someone to come in. No coffee, no tea, no kettle for hot water.

I prepaid for my booking on CheapTickets.com but the receptionist said that I have not paid the full amount. In my booking confirmation, it clearly states that I have paid and the remaining amount to pay at the reception was just the local tax. I tried to show the receptionist the confirmation, thinking that maybe he would investigate further but he just insisted that I have not paid without even bothering to look at my booking confirmation. Extremely unhelpful! I had to call CheapTickets customer service and they emailed the hotel. Once the receptionist saw the email, he realized his mistake. However, not even a single word of apology from him. Delayed our check-in by more than an hour! I have always prepaid for my hotels so that I can have a swift check-in, and this is the first time I had problem checking in. And I cannot emphasize enough on the rudeness and attitude of the receptionist. If he allowed me to show the booking confirmation and checked further, maybe he would have realized I have prepaid and I did not have to go through the trouble of calling CheapTickets.

Basic clean hotel, everything works and there is underground parking to keep the car secure. The hotel is a short € 1.30 bus ride away from La Rochelle and the bus is just across the road. Although on a commercial centre its very handy for food and a great bar called Hanger8. We will definately return if in the area!

Schone kamer met modern bed en badkamer. Wel wat aan de kleine kant maar prima voor wie op doorreis is. Raam kan open (maar niet op vertikale kantel-stand). Gelegen op rustig industrieterrein. Goed restaurant er naast (" a la maison"; alleen in het weekend 's avonds open) en MacDonalds om de hoek.
