The manager (or owner I think?) is very helpful. One time, when my friend and I were waiting for a Bolt driver, he helped us by calling the driver to give information about the hotel location.

The staffs are excellent and take good care of customers from the reception to the check-in counter.

Hotel itself was fine. There was a large tour group that arrived in the middle of the night and they spent the rest of the night shouting at each other down the corridor. Not the place if you intend to sleep
