We had a great stay, easy access to restaurants and area attractions. The hotel was nice and very clean. Staff super friendly.

In general the hotel is too dim and dark. The machines in gym are out of order.

I didn’t stay very long cause I had to catch an early flight…the hotel was nice and clean nice staff only thing I wasn’t a big fan of was the matress wasn’t the most confortable

The hotel staff (front-desk, cleaning staff and doormen) were amazing! Their hospitality was great and truly made us feel at home! We enjoyed a fresh clean room every day after our long trips in Mexico City! We truly recommend this hotel if you want a location close to everything! 🇲🇽❤️

Very professional and helpful staff. The room and amenities were awesome! The complimentary fruit bowl outside our room was delicious! Air conditioning was a must in a very warm area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay close to the airport and still central to major attractions. Also, we felt very safe coming back and being greeted by a bellman every night. Security is very important.

Room was great and the location is excellent. Staff and amenities were just right. Nice touch to have guayabas (guavas) in the common areas for a light snack. We’ll be back! (Also, might I recommend the incredible stand across the street with flautas and quesadillas if you’re looking for a quick, delicious and affordable bite to eat!)

Beautiful hotel, rooms were very clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. Great location to all the sights and restaurants Centro has to offer. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Porto was easy walking distance to Central Mexico City, and was quiet, clean and lovely.

Bonito. Nada espectacular. Carece de calidez del personal, en especial Recepción. Al reservar se pusieron notas de una solicitud de amenidad de cumpleaños, nadie respondió y obviamente no hubo nada. Mala elección el lavamanos del baño. Bonito pero prefiero aventurarme a conocer otras opciones.
