The location was great, the hotel was clean and smelled good! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay!

Room was spacious but we did have an interior room with a window to the hallway which was odd but honestly I did not mind. However, the AC was quite loud. The soaps in the bathroom were in a holder that prevented them from actually functioning. Also, we had to wait until exact check-in time to get our room and it was still delayed afterwards. We were exhausted from the flight and the staff were not particularly helpful or warm. Overall I think the accommodation was fine but I wouldn't stay here again.

I found my new “go to” hotel in Mexico City: clean, spacious bathroom, a room with a safe, mini bar and jetted tub. Personnel was kind and helpful. Location is unbeattable.

I booked a two night stay in the One bedroom suites here during the beginning of December and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I had any questions for them. The room was spacious and I had a view of the street outside. The walk to the Zocalo was about 8 mins. Also very convenient location for food. Definitely would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is clean and in a prime spot for anyone wanting to explore the historic side of Mexico City. Our room had no window and no fridge! Perfect if you enjoy living in a sauna-cage with semi-hot water, the ultimate test of endurance for gargling or battling a flu without the luxury of cold drinks. Most staff were fine, but two seemed to have sworn a lifelong vendetta against guests, treating us like intruders in their personal nightmare. And the horrible Wi-Fi? Absolutely perfect !!! if your goal is to experience what life was like before the internet existed.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel, We had a great stay even though it was only for a few hours before we had to catch our next flight. *It doesn’t matter if you are a platinum member, a gold member, a member of the royal family - you are not getting your room before 3 PM, there is no such thing as an early checkin at this hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff and location was close to the city center and close to everything.

The hotel and room were great. The only downside was after a certain date, your trip is non refundable. That is a con when the flight has an overnight delay and you miss an entire night in the hotel. It's a difficult situation to fix. I still plan to return to the hotel for another visit as the atmosphere, staff and location are great. I had no complaints about the actual hotel! Just the inconveience of losing a night
