Not enough coffee, paper towels and short on 1 blanket. WiFi was not good at all. TV didn’t work or no instructions on usage.

All was beyond expectations, except for check in.

Beautiful suite. Super comfortable bed and great bathroom! Rooftop patio has en excellent view of the cathedral tower.

The area was very nice. The apartment was clean, modern, comfortable. Coffee, milk and extra items were so nice.

Second floor. There’s a lift. Perfect for our stay. Large apartment (clean and more modern than expected) with dining, living area, well appointed kitchen, terrace. Bedroom was spacious with comfortable king bed. Quiet. Wonderful bathroom w/ rain fall shower head. Friendly staff, fantastic location. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Lovely little 3 night stay in Seville which is stunning btw, I already want to come back, the apartment was perfect for our needs and we had a free welcome breakfast, lady on reception was lovely and so helpful would recommend - thank you :)

The hotel apartment was very nice and the room was very cute and spacious. Great location! The front desk receptionist Terressa was very sweet and helpful. The bathroom had great toiletries.

There was no communication on the check-in process and we were stranded outside the building in the sun for more than hour. Thanks to hotels.com customer service we were able to get in. Apartment was well maintained and comfortable for our family. Great location with easy access to all the prime sites.

Excellent property near city center and landmarks (Alcazar, Cathedral, Setas, etc.) Property in excellent conditions and has a terrace with a beautiful view of the Giralda. Highly recommended for families.

Our overnight stay was good. Teresa was a lovely and efficient reception executive. Very warm and friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. The location of the property is perfect for the purpose of our visit during Semana Santa.
