Location is really centralized. Near train station direct to Sydney airport. Walking distance to supermarket too.

- Location is near to mall, station/public transportation, many restaurants.- Staff friendly and helping.

The hotel was perfect for us as family of four! It is spacious and provide everything we need. Just one note, on the housekeeping service, we stayed there for 5 nights but only one time housekeeping service for the whole stay due to longweekend and they have no service for that during the public holiday. They should have considered the housekeeping service regardless the public holiday. Also, some frontdesk staffs is not really friendly, they should have check up on this. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this place for their perfect location and room space :)

Pros: Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a supermarket just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The room looked exactly like the photos, and check-in was super quick. Since it's more of a serviced apartment than a traditional hotel, housekeeping was only done on the third day of our four-night stay, but you can easily request fresh towels or other amenities from the lobby at any time. Cons: The lift wait time was quite long — sometimes we had to wait 5–10 minutes because the elevators were often full. Also, during our stay, the bathroom sink was clogged, so we had to use the kitchen sink for washing hands and brushing teeth.

The location is very strategic, there are many food vendors and shops around the hotel.

The elevator is a bit dirty, maybe because it's crowded. But the location is the best, lots of food around and close to everywhere.

Very strategic location, satisfying service, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and complete facilities. We loved staying at the Merinton Suite Kent Streets. 💖.
