Insanely convenient, I easily booked a tour and a bus ride to bangkok without finding a ticketing area. No generator when there was a blackout but that's beyond their control. Overall great location.

The Siem Reap Chilled Backpacker is perfect for exploring several tourist attractions in Siem Reap because it is located in the city center and is close to tourist attractions such as Wat Preah Prom Rath, Wat Damnak, Wat Bo Temple, Pub Street, Preah Ang Chek Preah Ang Chom, Miniature Replicas Of Angkor's Temples, Angkor National Museum, and An Neakmah Mosque in Siem Reap.

The hotel room here is quite dark. The gloomy space is not very comfortable. Hotel many mosquitoes. Employees only get friendly black girls. The staff here are not very enthusiastic and sometimes have attitudes towards guests. The light bulb in my bath is broken, I have to call 3-4 times to have support staff. Besides, the check-out procedure here is very fast but the check-in is troublesome, if you come early, you will not be checked in. Feeling quite uncomfortable with the hotel here
