It was very disappointing to be in a room when the bathroom was not cared for. It showed signs in the shower area of neglect and hair was found in both the shower and in the sheets on the bed. This was not the Courtyard I previously stayed in the past.

Stayed here on 2 separate weekends. 2nd visit much better than the first due to a/c issues on first visit.

Very nice hotel BUT air conditioning in room was subpar. Woke up hot several times. No continuous fan to help circulate air.

The rooms exceeded our expectations.

I usually choose Marriott when I can. The hotel is in excellent condition, staff was friendly and efficient, and assistance at the front desk was excellent.

We were running late because we were driving up from Florida. I called the hotel to let them know and they took such good care of me and my family. They made sure our room was reserved and not given away to another customer. They made such a difference. I will always highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much!

There was no direct way to get to us it felt like you were going in behind a large complex and coming in the back door it was a very strange entrance

Rom is ok, but the service is horrible. No hangers in the bathroom. No glasses for tooth rash in the bathroom! The people in the whole does not know what they are doing! No training what so ever! My cousin gat code, the person who made coffee did not close the cup! Coffee got spilled on all over the chest. Even no apology’

The property was unorganized, room very dark and towels not fresh, limited dining, bathroom dirty, hard mattress very difficult to sleep. My girlfriend did not sleep has neck pain and aggravated her sciatica pain.

The hotel was very clean and I love the 12pm checkout time. The only problem I encountered was the noise of the person on the third floor. You would’ve thought the person above my room was 600lbs walking across the floor. Very annoying but I was able to change my room. The 2nd room wasn’t as spacious as the first room. I was able to get much needed rest.

The pool was out of service, the bathroom had mold and is in need of repair as the electrical outlets

The property was clean, the room had modern furnishings and was the perfect size for solo travel. The staff was very friendly, the check in and out quick and easy.

Very clean property close to everything

The front desk staff were nice, and helpful, my problem is cleaning crew, they don’t do their jobs as required, I asked them to clean my bathroom and remove the trash, they didn’t do it, I went downstairs to get a few towels and coffee for my room.
