Our 4th trip to this wonderful hotel which doesn’t disappoint. we had a room upgrade to Josephine looking out towards Reims. Beautiful room with a gorgeous bathroom. Made use of the hot tub before drinks on the terrace and dinner. Huge bed too! Wonderful.

Excellent location, beautiful property, welcoming customer service. Couple of remarks: when serving lunch or any appetizers, would be nice to get napkins or paper towel, same with morning coffee: spoon would also be useful :)

Beautiful place

All 5 star all around. Amazing place. We had a great room with lots of space and amazing views. The restaurant food was Michelin star type. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful location and setting. We were disappointed when we arrived after a long day of travel and were unable to use the restaurant or bar due to a private party and restaurants in town were closed until dinner. The room - bed and bathroom were great, other furniture in the room (ie chairs) were not useable

The rooms were clean. But there was insufficient heating in the bathroom and insufficient blackouts in the bedroom. The food offered was good. The champagne bar was disappointing with only two champagne offered by the glass. There was a single free Tesla destination. The area around the Hotel was picturesque.

Great location, loved our room, unfortunately on arrival the corridors were still littered from the previous day, and the bar was covered in dirty glasses. When we did go for pre dinner drinks, they did not have the ingredients for one cocktail and didn’t know how to make a basic martini. However the food both at dinner and breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful. I’d recommend this hotel but they could sharpen up in some areas.

Wow! What a beautiful stay… so beautiful that we chose to stay an extra night. All staff were lovely and could not do more for you. The food was outstanding! We will be back! x

Un très court séjour qui restera un très bon souvenir. Le château est à taille humaine, parfait pour des clients en quête de calme et de sérénité. Les chambres sont très belles avec une touche de modernité appréciable et le personnel est très accueillant. Le room service commandé était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour tester le restaurant gastronomique ! Merci pour ce beau moment de détente.

This property has an excellent restaurant onsite and the rooms are beautiful and spacious overlooking the vineyards. Excellent.

Such a fabulous setting & building! The service was wonderful from all the staff from the moment we arrived. We were sad we only had one night there! We’ll be returning again another time!
