Great breakfast with bottled water, tea, coffee and fruit available all day. Friendly, helpful staff. Beds and pillows could use an upgrade s they were not particularly comfortable.

We loved our stay! They offer free water and apples...nice touch. The room set up was amazing and the space was utilized very well. Beds were comfy. Bathroom could use some paint touchup. Breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean and updated. Def recommend and would go back.

Close proximity to Casino that was clean.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The continental breakfast was really great and options changed daily. Room was ready quick and clean. Easy drive to Harper’s Ferry and other areas.

Home 2 was amazing! Friendly staff Gavin was awesome helped rebook me since I got there had the confirmation but Expedia dropped the ball and I did not have a room.

Room booked over a month in advance was not available at the time of check in

Room had a dishwasher! And real dishes …Among the fridge and microwave. And good breakfast selection

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. When asked for extra towel, the staff straightened up the room when delivered. The breakfast was opened early for guests that were leaving early due to snowstorm. Our new hotel of choice for Charles Town. Thanks for a great stay.

Great stay.

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The amenities were we upkept. My only request would be for staff to clean the rooms more thoroughly if a pet was in the room. The was animal hair on the couch that got on clothing and on my slippers. I decided to throw the slippers away before leaving the room.

The front desk attendant was fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a big disappointment.

It waas very nice, on par with Holiday Inn, our favorite. Bathroom lacked a fan however. All hotels lately have made the premade cheese or veggie omlet standard fare in the breakfast room. My husband can only eat his eggs plain, so we find somewhere else to eat in the morning. This hotel was very nice but nothing exceptional
