Good stay, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff polite and helpful. The only downside is being charged for parking.

Wonderful well appointed accommodation. Upgraded to the cottage which was amazing. Central location and onsite parking which I didn't need this time.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the food was good and served promptly, allowing us to get to the theatre (CFT) in a relaxed manner The room was too warm though (all night), and there was a lot of noise from the street (we were in room 2, above the hotel front door, windows closed) - there were a lot of noisy passers by on and off until gone 3:00am, and then from 7am rubbish collection was very noisy, so we didn't get very much sleep (too warm, too much noise); a shame, as a nice environment, potentially

We booked 2 rooms at the Chichester harbour hotel for the 16th January and a table for 3 after looking at the lovely menu. We checked in around 6 paid on arrival once we got to our rooms there was a letter on the bed to say that there was a function that evening and would be music. We should have been told when we booked or at very least upon check in. Went down to bar before dinner but was so loud and nowhere to sit as overtaken by the function group, fair enough decided to go through to restaurant as quieter. The waiter gave us the set lunchtime menu not the one advertised when we booked the table.I thought just a mistake so told the waiter you have given us the wrong menus only to be told that was the menu running tonight (The table behind was clearly eating cheese soufflé that is on the normal evening menu) so we pointed this out and said it’s not the menu advertised! No apology so we decided not to stay and eat elsewhere bitterly disappointed as we had booked for a special occasion. Arrived back to hotel around 9-30 and so loud we went straight to our rooms which were right above the music , it was so loud the rooms were physically shaking couldn’t watch television. We were so upset that what was supposed to be a special occasion was totally ruined when we should have been warned upon booking and really felt to be made unwelcome and an inconvenience. Left next day feeling so disappointed. Have stayed in other Harbour hotels many times which is why we chose to stay.

Nice room with excellent shower. There were to issues that took the edge of our stay . The first was car parking and the second was the restaurant. Car parking although we arrived early there wasn't any . The restaurant because initially we were told we had the have the set meal theatre special , in the end the a la carte was available and the food was good. There were similar problems at breakfast , we were told only continental was available then in the end a slightly limited full English could be provided. They also failed to deliver my newspaper for which I had left a token. Everything was put right in the end and we did eventually park on site , but in stead of being a relaxing stay it was all rather stressful .

Breakfast was not included. This was a surprise at £157 per night. However, it was a sweet, quirky room. Helpful padded rolls so my husband didn’t bump his head on the low ceilings. Right on the high street so perfect location.

If you want a cold room with no eorking heater at high prices, this is the hotel for you. I've left a more detailed review on trip advisor. To cut it short, room number 2 is right be the high street so no need for a alarm clock, the window is ancient so its freezing cold plus no working heater. The only reason we came to this hotel was for its spa facilities which isnt even available for whatever reason. I got charged £10 a day to use car park. Premier inn at half the price makes this look like a 1 star. What a rip off
