Nice big family room. Bit chilly on an evening. Would preferred double bed closer to the room door and twin in the other room so parents were closer to the exit than kids but it’s a minor gripe! Hotel parking was easy and it was a 20m walk to town centre and restaurants and not far from the seafront.

Great free onsite parking, 20min walk into Llandudno. Staff are friendly. Lovely building. Everything about this place just felt like it needed a good deep clean. There was mold in the shower, there was dust filled on the back of the hairdryer which meant that it over heated. Everything just felt a little grimey. Breakfast was okay. It was fine for one night.

This pub / hotel was just fine for a night or two. We had dinner too and that was very good. We enjoyed a comfortable night. It is close to Llandudno.

requested for a lower floor room and was given one 104 a lovely room but traffic is noisy nothing much the hotel can do about that but you can keep the window shut and use the fan supplied, Staff are VERY helpful and friendly the food is very tasty and a good choice, Have stayed there before and will be going back again

Great hotel. Looks to have been renovated recently. Quiet on the outskirts of Llandudno. Shopping centres very near by if needed such as M and S. breakfast excellent and cooked to order with cold options available in addition. Great bar. Would return.

Hotel was Decent for price , lots of parking. Room was clean and nice. Close to town so could walk in.

Stayed overnight. It has excellent parking so if you had a car I would advise. Also easy time to walk into the town so very convenient. The hotel is a lovely pub and great for a drink. Food is also available. The room is good if you just need an overnight stay. Not luxury but all good and had everything I needed. The breakfast was good and made to order. I would stay again for the convenience and parking.

It was approx 15 mins walk to the main town of Llandudno, was clean and tidy and had a big bathroom, our room had a bathroom on a lower level so had to go down a few stairs. Unsure if other rooms had more accessable bathrooms but worth asking if your not very mobile. Lovely breakfast but asked for it for 8am and got there at 8 but a bit slow on the service and received breakfast at 8:50. All in all a very nice stay with friendly staff and clean and well presented rooms.
