Great apartment withe all the home comforts. Very warm rooms even with only one radiator on in winter. Let me check in much earlier than 2pm which was a lifesaver as it was -15c.

My family really enjoyed our stay at The Arc Residence. When we checked in, our room hadn't been cleaned. There was a bit of miscommunication between the cleaning staff. I let the front desk know and a cleaning crew immediately came to the apartment and cleaned it very well. There was not a remote for the AC unit in the apartment. The front desk person brought one to the apartment and showed me how to use it. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay at The Arc again.

There was no phone connection to reception area. Location is good.. Even I arrive early in the morning they gave me a room without asking more money or wait till 14.00... stg

Nice and new apartment near Expo 2017 site area. Staff from APT are all friendly and can speak English and Chinese.
