Perfect for what we needed and close to some great downtown restaurants

The Roman property were clean

Gym was not as pictured . No treadmill very sparse equipment. Breaker tripped twice while we were there . It is close to downtown so walkable to many things.

I’m not super picky. But If i had the choice i wouldn’t stay at this particular hotel again.

It was one night, but it a great stay

I would have loved having a breakfast - but we had free laundry facilities which I have never had a hotel before. And there was an entire kitchen in the room which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The people/person is the room next to mine had the tv on very loudly right up until about 3am. I finally fell asleep and tv was going again at 7am. When I first arrived there was no one at the front desk, so I wait a little while. Then I read that at 11am doors are locked so I did t calm down to complain because the front-desk was seemed to be light on personal. I left exhausted.

Check-in was great/terrific young woman at front desk. Short stay was very good as well.

Hotel was nice just wish they were more restaurants around the hotel you can walk to.

The hotel is fairly inexpensive in comparison to other downtown hotels. The staff was very accommadating. My only criticism was that i wanted to leave a day early and they said they would have to charge for that day. If i would have made a longer reservation they would have only charged 1 nite. Also the kitchenette, was very well appointed. I would stay again for the proce and accomadations.

Overall it was a fine/ok place to stay for a night. We were just making a quick visit to Hartford and the surrounding areas and needed a place to stay. It was empty and felt somewhat deserted. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They were able to suggest places for us to go eat. The area isn't the nicest area to be in.

We were a family of four, we stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which was very accommodating. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was good with a decent amount of options, our only issue in the breakfast area was a large group who had a birthday party stay for children. They dominated the breakfast area, leaving minimal space and causing many items to run out quickly, leaving the rest of us waiting for some items. It was difficult for the staff to keep up. They also dominated the pool the night we arrived, so we opted not to utilize that amenity, which was disappointing for the kids.

It what you expect when you pay very little for a room. the basics. No frills. kind of worn about the edges.

I had a really positive experience! I had to travel for business by myself. This was a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the kitchen and it made my stay feel like a home away from home.

Amazing stuff for our wedding

Properties run down. Looks like they have your own residence. In a very sketchy area of town.
