The hotel room would definitely benefit from some tlc . New pillow as ones there are rock hard . Room smelt a bit funky as if windows had not been opened . Staff were clearly stretched due to an event in the hotel so check in took over 20 mins . Late night staffing was excellent. Good facilities for parking but charge should be clearer when booking . Reasonable price for parking .

We had to search for staff so that we could check in, the reception floor was sticky, there was no disabled access to rooms or disabled parking bays, upstairs smelled of cigarette smoking, there was a hole in the bedroom door, the bathroom fixings were completely rusty and the springs had come through the mattress. I tried to find staff to discuss the issues with but was told there was no manager until later but they would contact me. No phone call and no response to my email

The room was very comfortable and excellent value for money. However, we were charged an extra £10 for parking which was not expected but the room was still very good value.

All was very good, but did feel that our room was in need of a little TLC, unpainted skirting board, minor marks on walls which a touch up with paint would improve.

Unacceptable. Mattresses are completely beyond their end of life. Booked two rooms and both were the same, one mattress literally had a spring coming out of it and poking into the sheet. The other had springs that would jab into your sides and crunched every time you moved. Asked for a second duvet so we could lie on top of it for extra padding, which never arrived. Car parking is extortionate at £10 per night. Many other areas in the room that are shabby a need upgrading, too many to list. Staff in the morning were apologetic and said that new beds are “on order” but didn’t seem to engage with the suggestion to buy mattress toppers for the guests in the meantime. Absolutely not a 3 star stay as advertised on Hotels.com. So for now, avoid!

Not bad for an overnight stay. The staff were great. Classic pub food. The room was cold, and the heating off, there was no hairdryer and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. But if you are looking for somewhere cheap to crash out overnight, with an affordable dining option, it is good for one night (and a short drive from the NEC)

Very clean, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Only slight issue was the mattress was a little uncomfortable. Would still return though. Oh yes, almost forgot, if you don't book through their own website, you have to pay £10 parkingfee.

Smelt and noisy, not worth the money plus the surprise £10 charge for car park! Extremely disappointed , with what could be a nice venue with some care and investment

The hotel was easy to find but a shock to find you have to pay for parking. The room was cold but you need to turn the radiator on. Understandable that they dont heat empty roms.the bedding is nice and clean, as is the room itself. But we had to move rooms as there was leak from.uostaurs. but no issue., youbget what you pay for. The restaurant food is fantastic and highly recommended. We chose to eat dinner and breakfast and it didnt break the bank and was more than worth it.

Room was ok. Plugs not suitable for the kettle, mould in shower needs attention. Perhaps a freshen of decor would be a little more appealing. Staff were nice enough. Perfexr location for the airport
