Our room was on the second floor. Kids enjoyed it, SPA bathtub was also fun (3 kids to play inside). We add one more breakfast for the youngest kid, but the breakfast was way too much that we had to wrap it to go. Lot of food, but had an advantage of a local person to communicate at the front desk. No elevator to the second floor, but we knew about it from the reviews, so no surprise there. They have a small animal farm (need entrance ticket), which again kids enjoyed a lot. The balcony and wooden chairs there were quite worn out (we did not use them), but overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Front desk staff wasn’t the nicest I encountered, she tried to double charge for my 10 years old even though Expedia have charged me already. The different staff next morning ask me again until I show them the app from Expedia price details. Not a pleasant feeling.

Good but check in was a nightmare

Friendly staffs and the room is comfortable especially their beds But the connection of TV wasn’t stable Over all it was over my expectation

園區環境非常好，有小動物互動感覺很溫馨，房間浴缸旁的漏水孔洩水慢，而房間和浴室之間又沒有設門檻，導致水淹到房間裡，是設計不良的地方。

這是第五次入住，水岸森林是我們最喜歡的住宿地點。

十分好，好好的風景及美食

房型是樓中樓，孩子們很喜歡，只是冷氣聲音大聲，吹風機按鈕脫落，只能用插頭拔下控制開與關。 戲水池的維護則是建議可以再加強，例如吹風機不能使用，脫水機蓋子有霉斑，換衣間有間沒熱水。 早餐自助餐樣式豐富，落地湖畔景觀漂亮，搭配木桌木椅，用餐很舒服。

從開業至今住過5次。 住宿品質越來越不如預期。 房間似乎沒有好好維護可惜了這麽大片腹地～ 房間冷氣噪音非常大！更換房間一樣～ 陽台的座椅都是砂石灰塵…根本無法使用。 一整晚被冷氣噪音影響根本無法完全入眠。 沒有感受到服務人員的用心及溫度！ 整潔有待加強。害我尋麻疹上身。傻眼🙄 短時間內不會再到訪….希望業者用心經營。

不知是長期還是最近比較熱才這樣，晚上總共跳電了三次雖然時間不長，但是斷電時整個房間都是暗的，小朋友有被驚嚇到，早上吃早餐的時候也只有電風扇沒有冷氣

第三次入住，大人和孩子都好喜歡。

餐點很棒！早餐也非常精緻好吃。環境優美。值得再訪。

交通對不會駕車的我們很不方便，因爲沒有公車 餐廳環境優美，有播英文金曲，食物好 職員服務好 房間整潔 房間算大 inconvenient as no bus nearby nice breakfast (food environement) nice staff

服務態度非常的親切，12月份入住豪華泡泡四人房，孩子在房間就可以看到魚超級開心，這次入住豪華星空四人房，樓中樓大人小孩都滿意，兩次早餐都好滿足，浴缸超大可以一邊看電視一邊泡澡，下次要再入住豪華彩虹四人房。

相當舒適愉快，小朋友很喜歡

Check in was fast. Reception people were kind. The room was clean and spacious. Private pool was clean and nice, there is an extendable cover if you want privacy and don’t want guests staying on the upper floors looking. The pool deck is wooden and needs an update, there were little mushrooms growing out of it. Breakfast was terrible, no options really, restaurant staff was rude, not a care in the world. Even though we paid for breakfast, we ended up going to McDonalds.
